This was ideal for us as a couple plus a dog for 2 weeks, being near enough to Stirling where we have family so we were able to visit them (and they us) without them feeling we were on top of them all the time! The cottage itself was extremely comfortable. with fantastic views and being able to go on wonderful walks straight from the garden was a real bonus. Fiona was a lovely host and has really thought of everything. The area is lovely with so much to see and do. Thank you again Fiona and we look forward to returning!

Thank you so much for visiting us and being lovely appreciative guests. We would love to see you all again.
Fabulous experience staying at Garrique with my family. View of the sheep out the front and beautiful land with streams and woodland out the back. My pup Jasper had a brilliant time exploring to his hearts desire! Every morning we went on a dog walk from the cottage and it is so peaceful in the surrounding area. We were very pleased it was so well catered to dogs. Just be careful letting them out off lead in the garden as it is not fenced off - but very quiet so unlikely to come across issues apart from sheep around the front of the cottage. Cottage is lovely and we were left hen eggs and Garrique honey which tasted fab! Very comfortable and communication was brilliant from Fiona. We took trips out to Bracklinn Falls, Stirling castle, Falkirk wheel, the Kelpies, Callander and Loch Lomond. We only wish we could’ve stayed longer! The only improvement we would make is to update the TV so apps can be watched on both for those rainy nights in.

Thank you so much for your positive review. We are so pleased you had a good time despite the disappointingly mixed weather, and hope you will come back at a more propitious time of year. We have noted your comment that only one of the two TVs in the cottage is interactive, and will add this to our list of potential improvements. Hopefully this will matter a lot less over the next few months, with longer daylight and - touch wood - better weather!!
We''ve had an amazing time, a great place in a great place. Centrally located, close to small towns and major cities, with amazing walks on the doorstep. We''ve had the perfect stay. Thank you .
