A Luxury villa with outstanding views over Cap St George, Kafizis Beach and the Bay. Fully furnished and air-conditioned having 4 bedrooms (2 en-suite), 3 bathrooms upstairs as well as an office and toilet downstairs with outside BBQ area with furniture and seating for 8.

Downstairs there is a fully fitted kitchen with a large fridge / freezer, coffee maker, dishwasher. A light and airy Living / dining room overlooks the swimming pool.

Gated private entrance with off-street parking in a secure area. The Villa is a short drive to Paphos International airport and slightly over 1 1/2 hours from Larnaca airport. It is 15 minutes from Peyia and around 30 minutes to Paphos Town.

The Villa is part of the Cap St Georges complex which provides room service and maintains the villa, they are also on call if required. There is exclusive access to their private beach and the complex has its own restaurant, spa, onsite restaurants and shops.
