Villa Bonita is a luxurious and spacious 5-bedroom, 5-bathroom villa suitable for up to 10+2 guests. Recently refurbished to a high standard, the décor is bright and clean throughout and lovingly maintained. Villa Bonita boasts a fabulous indoor/outdoor living space perfect for two families sharing or several friends enjoying a sunny holiday together. The villa is a child friendly property and has automatic shutters throughout, which provide further privacy and security for the guests.
The exterior
In the garden and poolside there are sun loungers, a dining table and chairs. Now’s the time to relax and soak up the Algarvian sunshine.
The pool area and garden is south facing to make the most of the sunny days and the covered terrace offers enough shade to escape the midday sun or to have long leisurely lunches cooked on the gas BBQ while the kids play in the pool! It has been recently refurbished, with a fantastic new grey tiled patio area with additional outdoor seating, a new swimming pool with surrounding white marble stone edging (pool heating is available at an extra cost), new outdoor lighting and a walled water fountain feature.
The living areas
If there is such a thing as the perfect family holiday villa, this is probably it! This very comfortable villa offers everything you could wish for in a family holiday. The open plan lounge/dining room has terrace doors leading onto the outdoor area. There is a wonderful feeling of space and light with plenty of room for everyone to relax and chill out while on holiday. There is Wi-Fi, plasma TV with a Lazer TV package that has a choice of international and English language channels and air conditioning.
The stylish kitchen has been recently refurbished and is equipped with everything you will need to make delicious dinners - Smeg toaster and kettle, fridge/freezer, microwave, hob and oven.
There is also the basement area with a laundry room with a separate second kitchen, and a seating area with TV and PlayStation, a table tennis table, pool table and a treadmill. Great for the kids to run about and burn off energy!
The bedrooms
There are 5 spacious bedrooms in total at Villa Bonita. 2 on the ground level, 2 on the first floor and 1 in the basement, all the bedrooms are en-suite and all are air conditioned. Four of the bedrooms have TVs with Lazer TV offering a range of international and UK channels. One of the twin rooms has a TV with DVD player. In the basement, there is a luxurious 5th bedroom with en-suite and a pull out sofa. It means it's a great property for a larger family getaway!

About the area

From Varandas do Lago, within a 5-minute drive you can enjoy a fabulous meal at the following restaurants – Alambique, Bamboo. Also very close to the beaches of Praia do Ancão and Praia do Garrão and the restaurants - Julia’s, Izzy’s, António Tá Certo, Fins, 2 Passos, The Bold Octopus.
There are famous golf courses a short distance away, in the nearby Quinta do Lago and Vale do Lobo.
