Nestled at the peak of Atlanterra mountain, this newly constructed villa boasts avant-garde architecture and exquisite design. With its infinite views that sweep from the Zahara de los Atunes coast to the Trafalgar Lighthouse in Los Caños de Meca, this property is truly breathtaking.

The villa's green and spacious outdoor areas invite guests to enjoy a life outdoors. The highlight of the property is the infinity pool that overflows on the edge of the plot, creating a seamless merge with the sea on the horizon.

Perfect for a group of 10, the house's three-level layout is comfortable, open, and accessible. Almost every area of the villa offers stunning views of the sea and coastline.

Upon entering the property, guests are greeted with a spacious living room, fully equipped kitchen with an island and pantry, toilet, and direct access to the garden, pool, and fully furnished terrace. The terrace features an outdoor dining area and sofas, perfect for enjoying the beautiful sunset in the south of Cádiz.

The upper floor boasts four spacious double rooms, all of which have an en-suite bathroom, terrace, and air conditioning. In the basement, guests can find a leisure/family relaxation area with a huge and comfortable sofa, a laundry room, and access to the covered garage that can park two vehicles.

This property is designed for luxury vacationing, offering guests the chance to fully relax and enjoy their stay in the south.

The rental price includes eight hours of cleaning, distributed over two days a week (working days).
