5 Large Bedrooms, which contain 3 double and 7 single beds, plus 1 Extra bed, and 1 double bed-settee (in the living room). This allows versatile accommodation for up to 16 guests. Additionally, all bed linen is provided.

A Drying Room which is ideal for drying wet walking clothes or bathing towels! The drying room also includes a washing machine, tumble dryer and fridge freezer.

A Games Room which includes a full size table-tennis table, six foot snooker table, a collection of board games and boules.

4 Bathrooms. Downstairs a shower room with toilet. Upstairs, 1 ensuite with bath, shower, toilet and hand basin, plus 2 house bathrooms, each with drench shower, hand basin, and toilet.
