A traditional 5 bedroom farmhouse in a superb location, ideal for walking, cycling, touring or just taking it easy in the heart of the Yorkshire Dales.

Accommodation and facilities provide comfort, practicality and outstanding value for groups, larger families and shared holidays.

Large Sitting Room with comfortable and spacious seating , open fire, echo dot with spotify for music, wide screen colour television, DVD and DVD collection.

The Farmhouse Dining Kitchen includes a double electric cooker, additional small oven,microwave, dishwasher, fridge, and extra large dining table. Thoughtfully equipped and with ample kitchenware. Now with free Wi-Fi broadband.

5 Large Bedrooms, which contain 3 double and 7 single beds, plus 1 Extra bed, and 1 double bed-settee (in the living room). This allows versatile accommodation for up to 16 guests. Additionally, all bed linen is provided.

A Drying Room which is ideal for drying wet walking clothes or bathing towels! The drying room also includes a washing machine, tumble dryer and fridge freezer.

A Games Room which includes a full size table-tennis table, six foot snooker table, a collection of board games and boules.

4 Bathrooms. Downstairs a shower room with toilet. Upstairs, 1 ensuite with bath, shower, toilet and hand basin, plus 2 house bathrooms, each with drench shower, hand basin, and toilet.

The Garden has garden furniture, a barbecue and plenty of level enclosed space for the children. There are also stores for coal and wood (included) and a parking area.
