A charming semi-detached house, modernised to a very high standard, well maintained and pet free.

Excellent, spacious home in quiet hamlet of West Fleetham, 3.5 miles to Seahouses and 6 miles to Bamburgh. Tranquil, sunny, and spacious garden backing onto an idyllic beck with decking and furniture for whiling away the hours, including BBQ.
The property has lots of features including a wood burner, Sonos sound system, fast Wi-Fi suitable for remote working, and a Smart TV.

Sleeps 7 in 4 bedrooms over 3 floors, 2 bathrooms, one en-suite.
First floor: King size bedroom with en-suite shower room, Double bedroom next to family bathroom with separate (excellent!) shower, single bedroom.
Top floor: Twin room next to WC. Children’s play-area with futon and X-box and TV.

Parking for 3 cars, and bike storage available.

Situated within the Northumbrian AONB, the house is 5 minutes drive from the spectacular coast with golden sands, rock pools, and harbours - golf courses, coastal and inland walks, castles, nature reserves and islands including the Farne islands bird sanctuary and Holy Island. It is 8 miles from Alnwick with its famous gardens, castle and quirky second hand book shop, and Alnmouth with its rail link to London.

A wonderful week’s holiday

We had a wonderful week in May. The house is perfectly kitted out for families; the spacious open plan ground floor and top floor playroom were particularly helpful with a houseful of small children! We also enjoyed time on the sunny patio at the back of the house. The house is very conveniently located for trips to the beach and days out in Bamburgh, Alnwick and beyond. Thanks Siobhan for a lovely week.

Family holiday

This was a perfect house for a family holiday. We were a party of 7 ranging in age from 6 to 73 including 2 teenagers. There was space for all our needs. The teens especially loved the top landing with the TV/Xbox. The bedrooms were spacious with very comfortable beds & luxurious linen. We really liked the open plan downstairs and found everything we needed in the well equipped kitchen. We visited several different beaches during the week. All quick & easy to get to & ideal for family games, kite flying etc. Altogether a great place to stay.

Fabulous House in quiet location

Great home providing excellent accommodation for our party of 5 adults. The house is light and there is plenty of space for all guests. The kitchen is so well equipped that it feels like a home rather than a rental cottage. It was lovely to have the log burner heating us on our return from outside and the central heating worked quickly to ensure we were comfortable throughout the house. Would love to stay again!!
