Welcome to Hollow Tree Cottage
An adorable pet friendly three bed cottage with historical features lovingly restored, to sleep a family of up to 6 plus 2 infants, and suitable for couples alike.

The beamed ceilings and impressive stone fireplaces add real charm and character to this traditional Cornish cottage.

Cottage Layout

Ground Floor-

After entering the generously sized porch you will be in the dining room with log burner which leads to the fully equipped kitchen with twin electric hob and oven, microwave, separate fridge and freezer and washing machine. A stable door leads to the rear enclosed gardens.

The family bathroom leads off the kitchen to one side through the boiler room which houses a linen cupboard.

The lounge has large sofas, log burner, flat screen TV with DVD player and WiFi is available also. The first double bedroom is ground level and is accessed from the lounge, featuring French doors leading to the rear garden.

First Floor-

The stairs have spotlights recessed within them for your safety due to the steep and quite narrow nature of their design as this is an older cottage. The master bedroom has a King size bed with wardrobe and third bedroom has twin single beds that can be joined to create a second king size bed.

Outside features-

The property comes with allocated parking for three to four cars, the entrance is via a little gate where you are greeted by the enclosed front garden- with lawn, patio area and beautiful small fish pond with Koi and goldfish.

The rear garden has a small seating area with steps leading to a secluded garden with lawn and picnic table.

Bed linen, towels, an iron and ironing board are provided along with heating via oil fired central heating and electricity.

A cot and high chair can be set up on request and up to three well behaved dogs are allowed at a cost of £35 each per week - please note they cannot be left unattended in the property.
