The accommodation is to a very high standard of quality and ambiance. From the entrance hall is the sitting/dining room and conservatory with large windows enabling you to see out to the stunning views. The sitting room has comfortable sofa’s, SKY freeview TV, DVD player and a HI Fi Player. The raised dining area has a large table and chairs and there is also another area in the conservatory to dine. The kitchen is very well equipped with everything you would need. There is a washing machine in a utility area in one of the bathrooms. The main bedroom (1) is located on the ground floor, and as well as a king-size bed, en-suite bathroom, complete with bath, shower and WC there is a separate dressing area. Bedroom (2) has a double bed, also with en-suite Bathroom with a WC. There is also a family Bathroom. Upstairs there is a mezzanine area and two further bedrooms, Bedroom (3) has a small double bed and Bedroom (4) has a single cabin bed. Outside there is a patio directly outside the kitchen, which is ideal for al fresco dining and there is a large lawned area to the front of the house, for table tennis, badminton and boules. There is a well at the front of the house which is very deep and a fish pond but please do not to overfeed the fish.From the garden there are magnificent views.
Due to this and other hazards this property is not suitable for young children..
Linen is included except for the swimming pool towels. On the final invoice is a security deposit charge of £400.00 against breakages etc. and extra cleaning if required, but which is of course refundable if not used. This property is available Saturday to Saturday.


Better than we anticipated

We loved the villa. It was better than we anticipated - plenty of space inside and out and really well equipped. A great place for a family holiday - very quiet but we found plenty to do to keep us all entertained for the 2 weeks. Thank you also for your consistently prompt communication before and during our stay.
