Description

The Old Fire Station is a unique property like no other to be found in the Canterbury area and is located less than 5 minutes walk from the City Centre It comprises of 2 separate properties.

'Arthouse' is a Grade II listed former Victorian Fire Station and 'Cedar House', a Modern Malibu inspired Scandinavian designed Cedar clad house with a courtyard garden wraps around the house to give it a very private feel. Free secure parking and WI-FI are provided. Local shops are less than 5 minutes walk away.

And lastly Firemans Cottage, our new addition. A cosy victorian 2 Bedroom Cottage full of character and own private garden. The trendy fishing village of Whitstable is only 15 minutes drive away, famed for its oysters and sea food or the beautiful Victorian seaside town of Broadstairs and stunning Botany Bay (England's best kept secret) only 30 minutes drive.

Closer to Canterbury are ancient woodlands, 2 fantastic wildlife parks and plenty of idyllic country villages and pubs serving local fayre. Further afield, the medieval hilltop village of Rye, Camber sands and Dover castle and rail links to London.
