The former Victorian primary school has been lovingly converted to dog friendly self catering accommodation with breath-taking views of North Wales and just 3 miles from the Snowdonia National Park. I would 100% come back.

Tim and Euan’s house was better than I had even hoped it would be. It was so big, bigger than it looks on the photo which meant plenty of space for 6 adults and a toddler. It was easy to find and the instructions they gave were great. It had everything you could ever need. They also totally went the extra mile ordering a cake for a local baker and hiding it in the house so I could!surprise my husband with it. Although the house is next to the road you feel safe at all times and you actually can’t hear it at all. Everyone commented on how well they slept each morning too which I feel is a big win. The amenities are great, the oven is huge and easy to use and everything was spotless. I would 100% come back.

Beds were comfy, roll top bath was a treat!

We stayed here for three nights over Christmas and couldn’t have asked for more. Tim and Euan were lovely, responsive hosts who had thought of everything - down to Christmas crackers, welcome mince pieces and treats for the dog! The space is really large but cosy too, and has been decorated so nicely throughout - a great mix of modern and the schoolhouse’s original features. Beds were comfy, bathrooms perfect and clean and the roll top bath was a treat. It was pretty chilly when we stayed but the space always stayed nice and warm. There are some nice walks close by, and a local shop around 2 minutes away - which our hosts v kindly sent us the Christmas opening times for before we arrived. Overall we had an amazing stay, and I’d be really keen to visit again!
