We are close to the Coastal towns of Lyme Regis famous for many film sets like the The French Lieutenant’s Woman and many more,The crime series Broadchurch was also filmed near by at Westbay, Charmouth beach and Branscombe are great for walking or soaking up the sunshine. Golden Cap at Seatown provides panoramic views of the Coast from Portland Bill in one direction to Start Point in the other. There are several iron age hill forts & National Trust sites, all with in a short drive from the Cottages.
The well appointed cottages were built in 2020 with rolling hill side views, The open plan design is well presented scrupulously clean with modern features like Under floor heating throughout. All on a ground floor with ample off road parking. The accommodation is set out primarily for two people but can accommodate up to four with the drop down double murphy bed. There is dining for up to four people, the kitchen is modern, and fitted to a high standard with modern appliances including a fridge with ice compartment, a full load washer/dryer, fan oven & Hob with grill and a built in Microwave, kettle and toaster. The open plan lounge is spacious with Wifi, USB charging points and RJ45 connector terminals. The Smart TV is also connected to the internet, just enter your Amazon, Netflix etc credentials and you’re all set. The bathroom has a modern shower unit and low floating shelf with modern basin and WC, Heated towel rail and a handy cabinet for storage.
The bedroom has its own large wardrobe with shelving, a comfortable Double Bed, Hair dryer and long mirror.
The fully enclosed south facing rear garden allows you to relax on the patio looking out on the panoramic views across the valley.with photo opportunities of the sunset over the hills.
The Cottages are also pet friendly with tiled floors throughout, Walk your dog in our 5 acre field adjacent to the Cottages. There are also plenty of picturesque footpaths to explore.
