There are 2 bedrooms, both having high ceilings, open stonework and each with it's own en-suite bathroom. The double room bathroom has a large corner bath, sink and toilet and the twin bedroom has a shower, toilet and sink. They both look over the gardens with trees, hammocks and view of the pool area.

Clients are advised to take out a comprehensive travel insurance policy, including personal, public liability etc. since these are not included in the owner’s insurance. If Covid prevents travel or Borders closed, a full refund or a postponement will be offered.
On receipt of the deposit of one-third of the total rental, the booking will be confirmed.
This is the formal acceptance of the booking and this is non - returnable.
The remaining balance is due 8 weeks prior to your arrival and a returnable damage deposit for £300 is paid 1 week before arrival.
The damage deposit is returned back to you, if no damage has been done and the property left in a clean and tidy state, 24 hours after departure.
