25 Parkside Drive is ideally situated for local shops, (Tesco, chemist, newsagents, chip shops, hairdressers), regular bus transport into town and Exeter. it has 2 parking spaces and only 2 miles to the brilliant Jurassic coast and it's sandy beaches .
It boasts the latest state of the art construction, air conditioning and quiet ceiling fans in both bedrooms, super king size bed in master room, king size in second, both
ensuite, sofa bed in the living room. 55" television in the lounge with Netflix & BT Sports. Televisions in all rooms. Ultra modern kitchen, fridge, Neff oven, Neff warming drawer, microwave oven
Bi fold doors expose views overlooking the coast line and sea Glass Balcony to enjoy sundowners. Back area with gas barbecue, casual seating and tables . 2 sun loungers

Kevin was a great host this is a fantastic house with all the gadgets you need & location is perfect for restaurants shops boat trips & segways which was fun

I stayed here with my husband and 2 sons aged 11&8. Great communication prior to arrival and throughout. Check in was easy. The house is fantastic. Really great high spec finishes with lots of gadgets. The multiple TVs were a winner for us. A lovely welcome basket with fizz and milk in the fridge. Really well equip house with lovely touches such as toiletries, plenty of towels, dishwasher tabs, washing machine/ tumble drier and an expansive spice shelf! Such an amazing view from the front balcony overlooking Exmouth and the Exe. A lovely quiet paved back garden with seating and BBQ. Off street parking a bonus. It’s in a quiet residential area but this suited us for a fab family holiday. About a 10 minute drive to the beach. To note, there are only 2 double beds but my boys shared the larger super-king without an issue and there are multiple steps up to both the front door and the back. I’d recommend Rockfish and Cafe Exe for eating and Exe Voyages for a thrilling boat ride. We would definitely stay again.
