The flats is located in a residential area of West Kensington in a Victorian Terrace property. The nearest Underground Station from the flat Shepherds Bush Central Line approx 5 min walk from the flat – goes to Oxford Street/Bond Street . There are also numerous buses from the same location. Next to the Shepherds Bush Underground Station is the new very large Westfield Shopping Centre with numerous shops and supermarkets and a cinema complex opposite, there are also some small local stores newsagents, grocer shops in the next street. The flat is also walking distance to Holland Park/Notting Hill Gate/ Kensington Gardens/ High Street Kensington or a short bus ride. It is also within walking distance of Hammersmith Underground (Piccadilly/District Lines) – about 10-12 min walk.

The flat is located on the Lower Ground Floor with own separate entrance (there is one flight of stairs) 4 adults.

Well Situated, Close To The Tube, Comfortable

George was welcoming, the property was clean & well appointed. within 10 minutes walk to the Underground & several good restaurants, and nice grocery market. We enjoyed the lovely patio area. Only complaint is the position of the shower head in the second bathroom, it is situated directly over your head so unless you do not want your hair to get wet you need a shower cap. Overall, we loved our stay!

Fantastic Flat In A Great Location

The flat was exactly as described. It was clean bright easy to find, and came with everything we needed. We had a minor issue with a fuse blowing, but it was fixed within 10 minutes of us reporting it. This is the perfect little off the beaten path flat for anyone spending any kind of time in London. The back Garden is lovely, especially in the evenings. A couple of the neighborhood cats even joined us for drinks! :-) an excellent value for what we paid. I would highly recommend a stay in this property.

Great Location, Lovely Flat, Super Helpful

We stayed in the Garden Flat for 9 nights in June 2017. The booking was so smooth with Georgia and then George arranged for driver from Heathrow (and back again!) and met us at the door with keys and local information. The flat is as pictured: lovely, clean, roomy and the perfect size for our family of 4 (2 adults and 2 teens). We took advantage of the kitchen making b-fast and late night suppers (saved $$!). The location to Shepherd's Bush tube was about a 5 min walk and so easy and a perfect base for our daily sightseeing. The Westfield Shopping Center is just past the tube and had a nice market for groceries. The neighborhood was very nice, safe and quiet. Enjoyed bfast one morning at a small restaurant around the corner. We visited during a heat wave, and the Garden Flat stayed pretty cool, especially when opening the double doors to the back patio. The washer/dryer combo is a little unusual for this Yank, but it did work well. Just be prepared, it handles very small loads (maybe one pair of jeans). The drying rack that was provided was very helpful and everything dried nicely in the heat. The beds were both very comfortable and there is a lot of closet space. We had a sweet little feline visitor daily (Toby) to check on us and go on his way. Both Georgia and George were very informative, helpful and easy to communicate with before our arrival. Highly recommend the Garden Flat and would stay again if lucky enough to return!

Immaculate And Well Appointed Quiet Flat..lovely!

Just minutes from the "tube" and several large grocery stores (Waitrose is my favourite!) yet in an area of residential, classic London flats. Small shops within a minute and a lovely variety of pubs within several blocks. Also a LARGE shopping centre with many many well known shops...some of the biggies! Fully equipped kitchen, quiet garden off Living/kitchen area. Quiet! Our hosts could not have been more helpful or more kind. Upon our confirming our travel dates, we were provided with all necessary information with detailed maps, services and links. For my daughter and I it was an exceptional first tour of London. We would hope to do it again! More to see!

Exactly As Advertised

The flat was exactly as advertised. 3 adults shared this flat for 1 week; it is large and comfortable. It has a fully modern kitchen and a spacious living room. We did not use the garden space but it is well maintained and an added bonus are the 2 cats that visit every day. Only problem was the flat above gets a bit noisy on weekends and can disturb the smaller bedroom tenant. Close to 2 major shopping centres and tube and bus transportation. Would stay again anytime.

Sinclair Gardens Flat

What a lovely place to stay. Beautiful apartment close to two Underground stations, shops and restaurants. The apartment is perfect for a family with 2 baths, comfy beds and a beautiful little garden in the back. Georgia, the contact, is extremely helpful and very responsive. She even walked us right over to the flat when we came to pick up the key. I highly recommend booking this place.

Comfortable And Convenient Accommodation

My wife and I and our two daughters (22 and 27) stayed in the garden flat for 10 days in August 2015. We thoroughly enjoyed the flat. Perfect for us. Very comfortably in all respects, and an easy walk to Shepherds Bush Underground station. Also close to two excellent pubs: The Bird in Hand and the Havelock Tavern.

Great Location, Nice Amenities, Comfy Setting.

We stayed in the Garden Flat, which is the bottom floor. It was bright, airy, immaculate, well supplied, and in a location less than a 10 minute walk from groceries, restaurants and the underground Shepherds Bush Station. We were also able to walk to a Europcar rental from the flat. We felt that our area in Shepards Bush was safe and quiet. We cannot say enough about Georgia, our flat management, and George who helped us once we were there. Georgia was a font of knowledge and gave us all sorts of ideas and both helped us with our taxis from and back to the airport. It was a relief to have that part taken care of. I would highly recommend this flat for your London Vacation, just a few short stops on the tube from Central London, and near all the Kensington ameneites.
