Endeavour is a single storey cottage in an area of outstanding natural beauty, down an
un adopted lane.It sits in a corner of our property at the end of a long gravel path with
it's own fenced garden, patio and seating area with BBQ.
The Kitchen is fully equipped with gas cooker, microwave, washing machine, fridge freezer and breakfast bar. The sitting room is open plan with the kitchen, is light and airy with 2 recliner chairs with a wood burning stove. Wood supplied Free. T.V with DVD player with Free view sat. Radio with CD player.
Bedroom 1 Double bed. Bedside table. Dressing table and wardrobe.
Bathroom fitted with large shower unit, w.c and wash basin, heated towel rail.
Minimum of 2 nights stay. A charge of £5.00 for a dog.
Just a few minutes walk from the 1066 trail, a network of foot paths across stunning country side with Buzzards, Kites, Barn and Tawny Owls. The local Pub a 3 minute walk serving home cooked food, bar snacks, full menu and specials. For those without transport the Railway station has a 2 hourly service to Rye and Ashford, also Hastings, Eastbourne, Brighton with connections to London.
The town of Hastings with the Old town and it's listed Fishermen's Huts, Beached launched fishing fleet, the Funicular railway climbing up the West and East Cliffs with the Castle looking out over the old town. With access to the coastal footpaths out to Hastings country park at Fairlight.
The Cinque port of Rye with it's narrow cobbled streets, museums and Tea rooms. Rye Nature reserve is a must to see for it's wild beauty. Battle Abbey. Bodium Castle, Great Dixter. The beaches at Winchelsea and Camber sands. For those with the love of steam visit the Kent and East Sussex Railway at Northiam. Plus many more attractions too many to list.
