The Well House is a delightfully light and airy hideaway which sleeps two in comfort and style in the vaulted main bedroom.
Guests can relax in their own sunny and sheltered walled garden, and walk in Roselidden’s seven acres of pasture and gardens.

Roselidden Farm is set in glorious countryside, so you can really get away from it all.
There are miles of interconnecting footpaths and bridleways, so you can walk or cycle direct from your door.

We are just over a mile from the centre of Helston, and Falmouth, Truro, St Ives and Penzance are all less than sixteen miles away.

The nearest beach is at Porthleven, less than six miles away. North and South coast beaches are less than half an hour away, which makes it easy to find the best surf!

Newquay Airport is 35 miles away.

The Well House is the oldest building at Roselidden, built at least two hundred years ago, and has been lovingly restored using traditional materials.
It forms part of a group of granite buildings arranged around two farm yards.
Guests often comment how spacious it is for a small property.

It has underfloor heating, and a woodburner in the vaulted bedroom.
The house is cleaned and checked on the morning of your arrival. Linen and towels are provided.
Guests have use of a washing machine and tumble drier in the nearby Long Barn.
We are on hand in the farmhouse if help is needed.

The sofa bed and day bed can be made up in the living room for additional guests, and we can provide a cot and high chair for young children, for a small fee.

Our nearest pub, the New Inn at Wendron, is a pleasant twenty minute walk away, and offers a friendly welcome and good pub food.

Weekly rates for 2017 are £300 in winter, £420 in spring, summer and autumn, and £500 in school holidays. We welcome guests for shorter breaks outside peak season.
