Beautiful, bright, airy, apartment five minute walk to the beach. Excellent location minutes from Highcliffe town centre with shops, cafe bars, pubs, restaurants Indian, Chinese, and traditional Fish and chips. Great base for local beaches, with a short drive to explore the New Forest National Park, the historic town of Christchurch with its Priory and ducking stool, Highcliffe Castle, and Lymington with a regular ferry service to the Isle of Wight.The apartment has 2 x double bedrooms, Bedroom 1 has a double bed, a day bed with trundle, and on suite shower room. Bedroom 2 has 2 single beds that can be zipped together to make a 6ft double bed.There is a large comfortable lounge/diner with WiFi, free view 42” TV and a BluRay player. The kitchen is fully equipped with all you need to be self sufficient including a electric cooker and gas hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, and washing machine. Local amenities are Highcliffe golf club, beaches for swimming, surfing or sailing. Avon Beach and Mudeford are close by and whether cycling, walking or driving you won't need to travel very far in any direction before finding excellent restaurants and bars for relaxing and watching the sun go down. Being on the Dorset/Hampshire border we are only 5 minute drive to the beautiful New Forest, with it's many cycle trails, deer, birds, New Forest Ponies, Pubs and Restaurants.

A beautiful apartment, spacious and clean and well-equipped, just 10 minutes walk from the sea with lovely sweeping views and walks along the coast. Local shops are just 10 min walk away also. Stephen was a great host, easy to communicate with and very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend!

A lovely modern apartment which was large and spacious enough for myself and my active toddler. Host couldnt have been more accommodating - helping us with our bags and to settle in, no request too much trouble. Would throughly recommend a stay !

Really enjoyed our stay at Steve's flat. We were there with our 4 young boys and the location was great, just a short walk to the local beach where my children found fossilised shark teeth! Shops and restaurants nearby too plus a nice play area which was handy. The flat had all the amenities we needed with a young family including a cot and highchair and the bedrooms are very much out of the way of the living area meaning we didn't disturb the children once they were in bed. The flat was spotless and the kitchen and bathrooms looked brand new. Steve the owner was very efficient and helpful with any queries we had too. We were very happy with our stay and will definitely be back!

Die großzügige Wohnung war sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet. Steven war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Der Ortskern von Highcliffe mit Geschäften für den täglichen Bedarf war zu Fuß gut zu erreichen, der Strand nur 5 Minuten entfernt .Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder.

Thoroughly enjoyed our short stay. The property we stayed at was easy to get to ample parking. It was well looked after and was spacious and welcoming. We felt as if we were at home. I would not hesitate in recommending it anyone looking for a place to stay on the south coast.

The apartment is spacious and nice, and was adequate for two adults and two teenagers. The sourrounding are wonderful, and it's just a short walk to many lovely beaches. We would absolutely be staying here again if we go to Highcliffe.

We had an excellent stay at the Highcliffe apartment. It was well placed between New Forest and the Dorset Coast which we planned to visit during our stay. It was perfectly sized for 4 adults - 2 bathrooms being a definite plus. Very clean and well kept. One suggestion to the owner would be to provide hand wash and washing up liquid, but it was a minor problem as we found those at the Tesco 5 min away.

Thoroughly enjoyed a week in this first floor flat which is seven minutes by foot to the nearest beach and at the end of the High Street.The flat was very warm and spacious.It had two bathrooms which was a bonus when four people were staying there.There was a basic supply of crockery which was sometimes difficult when using the dishwasher. The owner was very friendly and welcoming,and our neighbours very sociable.would certainly recommend the flat to friends. Visited Lymington, Bournemouth, Hengistbury Head,Mudeford,Wimborne and Highcliffe Castle for a cream tea..all within easy reach of this flat

Lovely clean and well maintained apartment with great communication from the owner. It had all you could require. Perfect location for us right at the quiet end of the high street with very easy access to the local shops, cash machines, coffee shops and other places to eat. The beach was approximately 10 minutes walk with easy parking on the beach head should you prefer to drive. Once on the beautiful clean beach you could do some serious walking into Mudeford quay and beyond. Christchurch only 2 short ferry trips from the quay or a bus ride away. Highly recommended.

The property was spotlessly clean and freshly decorated. It had all the essentials for comfortable living and was just a 5 minute walk from the beach. It made a perfect base for visiting local attractions. The owner was helpful and accommodating. A very enjoyable visit.

We had a fantastic holiday. The property was clean, modern and fully equipped. A ten minute walk to a wonderful beach with costal walks. Shops and all local amenities within walking distance. Steve the property owner was friendly and very helpfull. Would highly recommend staying here to others and hope to do so again ourselves soon!
