3 Lees Terrace in Holt is a super chic luxury townhouse situated in the historic Georgian market town of Holt. The property forms part of a terrace of Edwardian houses and apartments that have been completely refurbished and renovated to an extremely high standard. Lees Terrace, was built originally as part of the alcoholic and non-alcoholic empire run in the late 19th century by Alfred Lee.
As well as the non-alcoholic ginger beer, he made oatmeal stout, sold for two shillings and 6d for 12 bottles and was doing what so many drinks firms are doing right now – running a home delivery service. He offered deliveries to your door, free of charge, all the way from Cromer to Hunstanton and 18 miles inland!
The decor is stylish and contemporary, with great pops of colour.
No 3 has the imposing main front door to the property, leading into the kitchen, which has the ‘wow’ factor as you walk in. The sitting room is beautifully presented with comfortable sofa and chairs. There is a back door to a small paved area with seating. Upstairs there are two bedrooms. The master bedroom has a king sized bed. The second bedroom has two comfortable full sized single beds. Both beds have quality linens and towels. The shower room is chic and has a 1920s feel with black and white tiling and an opulent gold shower. Within 100 metres you are on the vibrant High Street with plenty of independent shops and restaurants to choose from. A perfect weekend!
