this is a lovely traditional cottage style house.we were on holiday for moms 80th birthday and everyone had a great time.the ship pub across the road is very friendly,welcomes dogs and serves great food,with the sea just down the lane we would definitely stay again

my family and i absolutely loved our stay at hoxne house,there was plenty of room for 4 adults and 6 children.the beach being 5 minutes away was a massive added bonus!we really didnt want to go.will definitely be booking to stay again!

we have just returned from a lovely break at hoxne house. This spacious house is ideal for a large family get together-plenty of room and well equipped with a garden for sunny days with a large patio,its in a lovely village close to a shop and good pub,ideal for beaches along the north norfolk coast and coastal walks,the seaside town of sheringham 5 minutes away.We wouldn't hesitate to return
