Really nice property and in a great location. The view over the creek was beautiful. The owner Katie was really helpful and sent us lots of info on the Island and some great walks. The Sloop Inn just down the road is a great place for Sunday lunch.
We''ve just returned from a wonderful week away at Pennistone Villa! Very clean, comfortable and perfectly positioned with everything you need for a fantastic holiday. Close to the ferry terminal but in a quiet Woodland location with lovely views over the Estuary and a shingle beach within a 10min walk through the woods. Katie was brilliant with her communication and also sent us some very helpful info and tips tailored to the ages of our children which was very much appreciated. There is a Tesco Express as well as some great restaurants and takeaways in walking distance. We had a delicious meal at Cibo and the fish and chips from the Chippy went down very well too. We had a brilliant time and feel very fortunate to have found this Villa as we booked at short notice. All in all a great base from which to explore the island as well as relax in - cannot fault a thing! Thank you Katie, we hope to be back!
The property is in a great location for exploring the island The property had everything we needed- very clean and quiet and we even saw a red squirrel from the kitchen window Katie was very helpful and gave us ideas for local walks and great directions from the ferry.
