Located at the end of a quiet country lane in the picturesque and unspoilt village of Bantham, the annexe at Sloopside is an ideal holiday retreat for couples or small family groups.

Within easy walking distance is Bantham Beach, widely considered one of the most beautiful in the West Country, and a favourite with surfers and other water sports’ enthusiasts. The excellent village pub, The Sloop Inn, is also just yards from the front door.

Making the most of its unique location, the annexe offers uninterrupted views across Bigbury Bay to Burgh Island from all its living areas and bedrooms. Guests can take in the fresh air and sea views from the wraparound balcony, or enjoy lounging in the private, landscaped garden.

A dedicated parking area to the side of the house provides two parking spaces for guests at The Annexe.

Ground floor: lobby with utility cupboard housing washing machine and tumble dryer.

Bedroom 1: king size bed and en suite bathroom with walk-in shower. Door opening to the garden.

Bedroom 2: king size bed or twin beds (2 x 2'6") with door opening to the garden.

Family bathroom with shower over bath and WC.

First Floor: spacious open plan living area with panoramic views out to sea, wood burning stove, TV, PVR and DVD. Kitchen area with induction hob, oven, combination microwave oven, fridge with ice box, wine fridge and dining area to seat 6 opening onto balcony.

Short breaks are available during the low season (minimum stay 4 nights). Dogs are permitted at Sloopside (up to two if small, minimum age of 2yrs). £40.00 per week for the first dog and £25.00 for second dog.

We have now stayed in Sloopside Annexe three times and can highly recommend. Impeccably clean and tastefully decorated, the property offers comfort, luxury and spectacular views. Being located next to the Sloop inn you have the option to cook in the well equipped kitchen or walk one minute to a family friendly, welcoming pub. Excellent communication from the owner so 5* all round!!

Wonderful location especially for dogs!

A really special location with wonderful views across to Burgh Island. Clean, comfortable and very well equipped-a gem! Even though the weather was not kind we managed several walks on the beach and some good meals at the Sloop

A Top Quality Comfortable accommodation. The property has fantastic views of Burgh island within a few yards of the village pub, therefore an excellent location. It's well maintained, spotlessly clean with great owners and an excellent property manager to hand if you ever need them - You won't.
