Chy Bian is a 2 bed luxurious self-catering Holiday Accomodation in West Cornwall that can sleep 4+ having 2 large bedrooms and two bathrooms, enclosed gardens and private off road parking easily large enough for 3 cars.
With the countryside on the doorstep, located on the edge of a Cornish village, you're perfectly placed to explore both coasts and countryside. The village itself has a bakery, grocery stores, Pub, fish and chip shop and a children's park all within a few minutes walk. For days out you are spoilt for choice as within a 10-mile radius, you can visit the coastal resorts of Portreath, Perranporth and Gwithian along the northern coastline, and Falmouth on the south (only 6 miles) which offers shops, art galleries, cafes and restaurants serving locally caught seafood. Also nearby is the cathedral city of Truro, as well as the National Trust's Trelissick Gardens and Flambards Theme Park to name but a few.
For those who want to keep the car parked up there are also miles of old mineral tramways and old mining trails starting literally minutes from your doorstep to be explored by foot or cycle.

The Property: The layout is open plan which gives this Holiday Home a large, spacious and airy feel whilst still retaining it's cozyness. It has a fitted kitchen, gorgeous bathrooms and 2 fully enclosed private gardens with Hot-Tub and BBQ, there are also comfy swinging Egg-Chairs to relax in at the days end with a glass of wine.
The Master bedroom has an En-Suite bathroom, Smart TV, hairdryer and built-in wardrobe. The bed is a Superking 'Zip-Link' which can be separated into 2 singles should you prefer before arrival.
The second bedroom is on the ground floor and is well suited for those who may find the stairs a bit difficult and comes with a comfy double bed, wall mounted Smart TV, Hairdrier and built in wardrobe.
Also on this floor is a superb large bathroom with a full body jet power shower and freestanding bath and illuminated mirror.
There is a fully fitted kitchen with Range Cooker, Fridge freezer, built-in Dishwasher, Coffee Machine and a dining table that can sit 6 people. There is a washing machine available just outside in the Summer Room.
The lounge area has a large and very sumptuous corner sofa, 53" wall mounted TV, internet access point and there is Wifi throughout the property and gardens.
We only take weekly bookings in the Main Season. Out of season minimum of 4 nights plus a cleaning charge. If you require any different you can always ask.
