Recently renovated, lovely detached ski chalet (160m2) in the small and quiet collection of chalets at la Croisette, located just at the entrance to Les Arcs 1800. It is an easy and level walk of just 5-10 minutes, using the building lifts and covered corridors into the centre of Les Arcs 1800 itself on the Le Charvet side, where you will find the ESF and ESI meeting points as well as the start of the ski lifts.

La Croisette is just a short walk from the centre of les Arcs, but as you turn off the main road to it just before you go through the car barriers at 1800 itself, it has the huge advantage of free parking, with 2-3 private spaces in front of the chalet itself.

Sleeping 10 -12 in 5 bedrooms with 2 bathrooms and an additional WC, it has been renovated from a traditional style chalet overlooking the valley and Mont Blanc. There is a completely new fitted open kitchen and dining area with wood stove on the ground floor and the upstairs lounge is cosy with squashy sofas, TV and a large additional table with comfortable chairs for games and sharing. Fabulous hot tub outside with views over to the mountains.
