The space-
Tydu View Cottage has its own private garden and parking, all within the grounds of Llainfran House. Set all on one level, this is a place to escape the noise of the city and to rediscover the natural rural environment offering both peaceful and restful escape.

Inside there is a spacious sitting room with wood burning stove, well equipped fitted kitchen and dining area. A fully glazed conservatory provides a peaceful retreat from where you can enjoy the coastal views and abundant wildlife.

There is a spacious calming bedroom with a King bed, a second bedroom with two single beds and a large shower room. Views from the kitchen, conservatory and garden terrace are of open sheep grazed pasture, a small wildlife lake and across the open sea of Cardigan Bay. A truly blissful location. Cwtch up with someone special on winter nights in front of the wood burner.

Guest access
Guests are welcome to walk around the grounds of Llainfran, say hello to the chickens, rheas or alpacas or sit by the wildlife pond to read a book or just watch the birdlife.

Other things to note
Our location just 20 minutes walk from the Wales Coast Path and secluded coves, dramatic cliffs and beaches is the envy of many and a key reason why our guests return again and again.

Wildlife is abundant with Red Kites, Seals and Dolphins are frequent visitors to this beautiful and lesser known part of West Wales.
