Fantastic Secluded Retreat

By Lucy L on 13-Feb-2017

We were looking to get away from London and found Mellow Mountain to be the perfect hidden gem. The cottage is renovated to a high standard and you can star gaze through the conservatory roof or lie in bed and look at the moon through the skylights... the nature is amazing with Buzzards flying overhead and you can hear Owls at night. We were one of the first groups to try out the wood burning Sauna which is great as it heats up quicker than the hot tub and leaves you feeling fantastic. We will be returning in the Summer!

Amazing Views from Mellow Mountain

By Stephanie B on 03-Dec-2016

We have had 2 fabulous holidays at Mellow Mountain. Be prepared for a 5 minute walk uphill but the views are well worth it. The cottage used to be a ruin but was lovingly restored by the owners in a traditional Welsh style. There is no chrome here - purely vintage brass, copper and oak. The new 8 person Sauna is an absolute delight and is ready to use in just 1 hour compared to 4/5 for the hot tub. Highly recommended !
