Superb Central London Location

If being in the heart of the city is important to you, this flat can't be beat. Near Trafalgar Square and Covent Garden, yet on a very quiet street that leads to Embankment Gardens. You might need to walk up some stairs when the uber-cool original lift isn't working, but we didn't mind. Back bedroom was shady and quiet, front room can get warm in this unusually hot summer but there are fans which cooled it off quickly in the evening. Kitchen is well-appointed and washing machine was appreciated. Lovely people to book and work with. Would love to stay here again.

My family of 5 stayed in Apt. 11 for a week. My three sons, aged 14, 20, and 23, my husband and I were comfortable during our stay. We spent most of our time out and about, but we ate breakfast and slept at the apartment. Half of the double sofa bed was a bit less comfortable, so they rotated. The apartment was clean, the kitchen necessities were well stocked, and the location couldn't have been better! Would definitely recommend!

We are a family with 3 kids and the department worked well for us. The best location, a few minutes walk to Charing Cross and Trafalgar Square. The communication was excelente, they even let us leave our bags until the afternoon since our flight left at night.
Quiet, Functional And Incredibly Well Located
By Mary D. on 10-Jun-2017
This is a gem of a flat - could not have been better located and we all slept extremely well as it was so quiet. It was small but functional - we had no problem fitting the 5 of us and we ate most breakfasts in the flat as well as one dinner. Our hosts were very accommodating and answered all our questions throughout the week in a timely fashion. All the necessary toiletries and cleaning supplies were there already, too, along with towels. If we had one minor complaint, it was the shower curtain - one needs to make sure they wrap it entirely around the shower so water does not spray everywhere and it probably could be replaced, as it smells a bit like mildew. Otherwise we were quite happy in our flat #11 and our 16-year old loved the lift - he used it every single time because of how cool the gated doors were and the fact that you could watch as you ascended or descended. :)
Small, Quiet, Clean Sanctuary In Heart Of London
By Laura B. on 04-May-2017
Apt 11 was exactly as advertised: a small, clean space in the heart of London. The location was prime. It's just a few minutes' walk to either Embankment or Charing Cross stations. The apartment had everything we needed, from a coffee pot to a hair dryer to a clothes washer. We bought groceries at a nearby store and cooked many meals in the full kitchen. The shower was hot, the internet was reliable, and the lift worked well (otherwise it's 66 stairs). We had 2 adults in the bedroom and 3 kids on the pullouts in the living room. The beds were comfortable, and everyone slept well. We felt like the surrounding area was very safe, and it was quiet at night, both outside on the street and from neighbors within the apartment building. We stayed for 12 nights, and the apartment suited our family's needs perfectly.

The location is excellent. It's really close to 2 tube stops (Embankment and Charing Cross Station) which makes traveling around London super easy. The host was really great at responding to questions and we had a great time here.

3 min walk from Trafalgar square / 10 min from picadilly. Tube station / bus stops nearby. Victoria station can be reached within 15min by tube or bus: a great location for visiting downtown London.
Appartment is clean and really quiet. Stay for 5 days with 9/11 years old children: the flat was large enough for the 4 of us. Kitchen properly equipped. Main bad is great, sofa bed could be improved.

This is the other flat we booked. I was staying in the flat on the ground floor in the same building but got to spend a bit of time in this one too. This one is bigger. The photo’s don't do it justice as the flat is much nicer than the pictures. The kitchen and bathroom is new, lots of mirrors and nice layout. It’s nice that they leave lots of guidebooks on London with some DVD’s too. They have some nice pictures of London on the walls, which the owner kindly told me where I could buy them. The person greeting us gave us instructions on how to use everything and the shops in local area too, which was very helpful. They gave us a mobile number we could call 24hrs if we needed to but we didn't need to use the number as everything went smoothly.
