The Penthouse apartment number 12 is situated high on the cliffs overlooking the seaside town of Looe. This luxurious apartment provides everything to make your ‘memorable’ holiday, with its Panoramic views of Looe Harbour around to Looe Island (proper name St George’s Island), a sun balcony accessed from the lounge and its private parking bay directly accessing the penthouse level it offers luxurious accommodation for up to six guests.

It’s central position allows easy access to Looe town centre for shopping or directly to Looe Beach, alternatively for guests who enjoy walking there is easy access to the South West coastal path in either direction Polperro or Downderry, whichever takes your fancy. Further afield are some delightful National Trust properties and gardens including the famous Eden Project.

Looe, still popular with tourists retains its importance as a major Cornish fishing port, with a sizeable fleet and a busy fish market. A variety of water-based activities are available. Many varied events and exhibitions are held in Looe and nearby Polperro.

Nearer still is the Hannafore Point Hotel with and indoor pool and leisure centre, also the Fieldfare hotel with its fine restaurant. The interior of the property is very comfortably furnished and decorated to a high standard. There is also a communal terrace area and BBQ facilities.
