Stunning, renovated farmhouse in very quiet countryside of this varied and interesting area of France, 'le Pont Dauphin' provides a wonderful venue for a perfect holiday. The farmhouse has four bedrooms, three bath/ shower rooms, a living room, a summer room,large dinning room and a wonderful, well equipped kitchen. The house is very light and airy, all of the downstairs rooms open onto a terrace behind the house, with BBQ and dinning area. The front of the house overlooks a large courtyard with ample parking space.
Beds are freshly made for your arrival, bed linen is included in the price, as well as, bath/shower mats, tea towels and table cloths, hand towels.
In the courtyard there is a tiled, roofed dining area for those who prefer to while away their time in the shade. The outdoor pool is fenced and bordered by a wooden terrace with sun loungers. The sports barn has table tennis, badminton, basket ball and darts. The gardens are ample, with an area away from the house with children swings and climbing ropes.
Le Pont Dauphin is central to many wonderful places to go and interesting things to see. Easy access to Avranches, Fougeres, Mortain, Lakes, the beaches of both Normandy and Brittany, Mont St Michel and so many other fascinating places.
The Farmhouse can be let alone or with the cottage.tWe ask guests to leave by 10am and arrive after 4 pm, so that we can prepare the house and gardens to our high standard.However, please ask if you need to vary these times, if we can, we will.
HOW TO BOOK
Booking is very simple, we take a reservation deposit of £300, which can be paid by internet banking. Your balance is due eight weeks before your arrival, along with a returnable breakages / additional cleaning deposit of £300. We will also send you by email our Booking Form, which confirms dates, number of guests in your party, plus your details for our records.
