Warm, welcoming and relaxing

By Steve Green on 02-May-2021

Warm, welcoming and relaxing The apartment annex was spotlessly clean, warm, welcoming and private. As one of us is a medical key worker, we needed a quiet relaxing break to unwind, walk in the forests, talk and cook together. Our stay was more than we could have hoped for. The living room is much bigger than we expected and features, such as the large built in bookcase, make it feel like home. Cathy’s handmade quilts throughout the annex are a treat. They are lovely to sit and look at whilst enjoying tea in the morning. Cathy and David are perfect hosts, providing detailed information and available if you need them. Wholeheartedly recommended and we will be returning again when we visit the area. 05/02/2021 at 7:41 AM

Home from home!

By Alan C on 24-Feb-2020

A lovely property, as described, but so many interesting touches (tasteful ornaments, beautiful quilted items, a fantastic 'library', maps and several jigsaw puzzles). The welcome pack and freshly baked cake was so thoughtful. The location was perfect for visiting Symonds Yat.
