Accommodation is arranged in reverse-level style, this quaint retreat welcomes couples seeking a slice of Cornish life. There is an off-road designated parking slot near to the accommodation. Private entry through a conservatory into the cloakroom area downstairs. The spacious bedroom is also located downstairs and there is a new en-suite shower room. A door from the bedroom leads upstairs to the first floor, where guests are greeted by a bright and airy open-plan living space. The kitchen has a gas oven and hob, microwave, and fridge . There is a comfy sofa and a TV with a Sky package. .As the night rolls in, find the bedroom downstairs, offering a sumptuous king-size bed, with Visprung mattress along with plenty of wardrobe space for your personal belongings. Start the morning with a rejuvenating shower in the en-suite, before taking your morning coffee to the outside decking area, which also doubles as an excellent spot for alfresco dining, also featuring a wood-fired hot tub. Get to know your surroundings as you explore the local area; nearby is the scenic Moor, an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty which is part of the Cornish Mining World Heritage Site and an International Designated Dark Sky Landscape.The region is perfect for walkers and cyclists, while those keen anglers can enjoy fishing at Siblyback Reservoir. Just a short drive away is the market town of Liskeard, where you can brush up on the local history at one of two museums, Liskeard Museum and Stuart House. If you fancy a day on the beach, the dramatic surfing beaches of the North Coast are just 40 minutes away, the quieter South Coast beaches are also very close by, or you can head south to fishing towns of Looe and Polperro, each boasting a wonderful Cornish charm and some hidden coves for swimming. A splendid getaway for two, whatever time of year.
