Description

Les Oliviers is a charming villa 4kms from the St. Cassien lake and the ancient village of Montauroux. Very quiet and private but not isolated and within very easy reach of all major travel routes.
This four bedroomed villa is set in a large garden with many olive, mulberry and fig trees. The superb pool has plenty of space around it, both in full sunshine and other parts in shade. The summer house catches the first rays in the morning as the sun comes over the hills, perfect for that al fresco coffee.
Inside there is a large open plan living area, with kitchen, dining area and cosy lounge with log fire French television. Two bedrooms are downstairs and two more upstairs, including the master bedroom with its own balcony, giving lovely views over the surrounding hills.

Ouside swimming pool 11m x 5m with large, surrounding paved area. Also has ipod docking station.

By Road - A great many of our clients chose to drive down through France having crossed the Channel either by one of the ferry companies or by the Channel Tunnel. For some - it may be the first time travelling by this route and therefore our suggestions are largely directed at those who need that little bit of extra help.

The Ferries take around 1hr 30 mins crossing time, Tunnel takes 35 minutes, actually crossing time. Please be aware that during busy periods that the queuing time could be a considerable wait before boarding - you should allow for this in your time planning. Fabulous Villa for a Relaxing Holiday

By Ainsley McGoldrick on 27-Jul-2024

We had a wonderful holiday in this gorgeous villa. It's a great size with plenty of space for a family. Tastefully decorated and well equipped inside, everything you could need to cook or bbq and comfy beds. The outdoor space is fabulous! It has very large grounds with trees for shade and different places to sit throughout the day and lovely views of the mountains in the distance. We were grateful for the pool as it was particularly hot. It's a great size and would be good for younger children too with steps in and a good shallow end. It was a really lovely, comfortable house to relax in all day or to come home to after a busy day exploring. Communication with Karen and Oceane was easy and helpful and all questions were answered quickly. We particularly enjoyed the bottle of rose which was chilling when we arrived. A lovely bakery is in walking distance or easy drive as are many restaurants and supermarkets. It's a lovely, scenic drive to the coast - 25-40 mins to gorgeous beaches and coastal towns but we spent a lot of time at Lac de St. Cassien which is only 5 minutes drive and less busy than the beaches. It's a beautiful lake with lots of different spots to relax, swim, paddle board, pedalo and get a bite to eat. We had a fabulous holiday and thoroughly recommend this villa to families looking for a mix of relaxation and adventure!
