Briony Cottage is a charming detached traditional family house close to the centre of Mylor Bridge and the creek.

Sleeping four in two bedrooms – a king size and a twin, with family bathroom.

Living room, dining room with French windows to the garden and fitted kitchen with beamed ceiling and a small utility room. Head up the stairs to the two bedrooms with king-size and twin beds, both with views over the garden and distant countryside; spacious family bathroom. Small secluded private garden with garden furniture. Five minute walk to the village and creek along with grassy children’s play area.

Mylor Bridge is a creek-side village with newsagent, post office, village store which stays open till late, fishmonger and a butcher along with an excellent village pub, The Lemon Arms, serving good food. Pandora Inn, a popular thatched creek side pub is also within walking distance. The village is almost equidistant between Falmouth with its sandy beaches and the Cathedral City of Truro, the cottage is ideally located for touring the county. There are numerous National Trust properties and gardens to visit close by.

Nearby at Mylor Harbour there is an excellent waterside café along with Castaways wine bar which specialises in local seafood, two sailing schools along with boat, bike & canoe hire

30% of the rental fee is required to secure your stay. Balance along with refundable good housekeeping bond of £100 is payable 6 weeks prior to the start of your holiday. If the booking is within 6 weeks of the start of your holiday full payment is required to secure your booking.

Comment: Another great holiday at Briony Cottage. This property has everything you need, ideal location, shops and pubs a short walk away, a lovely secluded garden and very comfortable beds. A good place to stay. This was our third visit and we will be back again.

Comment: A very well equipped cottage in a good location for visiting many of the attractions in Cornwall. The use of a key safe meant that we could arrive late at night without worrying about keeping anyone up. The village of Mylor Bridge has several shops which was helpful and there are lots of walks in the local area.

It was a lovely house. The village was very attractive and bustling. There is a lovely short walk to the river and boats. Many thanks for the bits and bobs left so that we had some essentials. A nice clean house with all we needed.

Comfortable and well-equipped cottage with a pretty garden. Short walk to village shops and pub. This is a great location for exploring Cornwall. Falmouth and the maritime museum are well worth a visit. Beautiful coastal walks and beaches.

The cottage has a good feeling of space and is very comfortable. Pretty garden, creek-side walks from your doorstep, a good pub two minutes away, boat trips, cliff-top paths, and beaches in easy reach - what more could you want? We could have stayed on a few more weeks very happily (or longer...)
