Rutland View is a modern 3 storey town house, with accommodation for up to 8 people ideally located in the historic market town of Oakham, surrounded by beautiful Rutland countryside.
A 5 minute walk takes you into the town centre with its many restaurants, pubs, coffee shops and traditional tea rooms.
If you like to walk or cycle Rutland Water is easily accessed by the cycle path located 1 minute from the property.
For the younger children immediately outside the property is an enclosed playarea.
If you would like to travel further afield, Oakham boasts an excellent travel network with both train and bus access to London, Leicester, Peterborough and Stamford.

Lovely house, lived up to the reviews so we were not disappointed. I would highly recommend this house. Fabulous location an Easy walk in to Oakham, close to Rutland Water and a lovey quiet road.

Our stay at Rutland View was fantastic. The house was beautifully decorated, stylish and absolutely spotless. It had everything we needed for a weekend away.
