The detached house enjoys a superb position tucked away at the back of the village in a select, private cul-de-sac. A 10 minute walk (approximately) to the beach and restaurants. Furnished to a high standard throughout, the property offers ideal family accommodation. Fully carpeted and having gas central heating, the house comprises:

Ground floor - entrance into hallway with staircase to first floor; cloakroom with washbasin and WC; children's playroom with Sky TV that can be used with DVDs or bring your own games consoles. Dining room with large table seating 8. Lounge facing the golf course, Sky TV/DVD. Open fireplace with log burner (fuel available locally). Sliding doors opening onto patio and garden. Please note there are a couple of steps down to the patio. Large fully equipped kitchen/breakfast room with gas hob, integrated oven and grill, integrated fridge/freezer, dishwasher and table with bench seat and 2 chairs. Utility room with washing machine, tumble dryer, sink and door to garden.

First floor - four bedrooms: bedroom one with double bed. Bedroom two with double bed & en-suite with walk-in shower, washbasin and WC. Bedroom three with a single bed. Bedroom four with bunks (only suitable for children). Three bedrooms have sea views. Family bathroom with bath (power shower over), washbasin and WC.

Garden - the large, private fully enclosed garden has the benefit of afternoon sunshine, with a patio area.
Parking - at the front is the driveway offering ample car/boat parking space.

Dogs £30 each per week. Accidental damage waiver of £25 payable on each booking.
