Comfortable and well equipped

“Waterside is a comfortable and very well equipped home from home. The convenience of being right on the Camel Trail for cycling, canoeing and dog walking makes the whole holiday so relaxing! The views from the bungalow are breathtaking and the enclosed and secluded garden is just perfect. This has been our second visit to Waterside and will be booking again without any doubt”
Thank you again Jenny we do love staying there so very much.

Review: The bungalow was perfect for us. We were 4 adults and a peaceful elderly dog and we were very comfortable. We chose it for the location, right by the Camel Trail for the dog and a gentle walk into town for us. The estuary view was always interesting to watch from the kitchen table or terrace as it changed with the tide and the weather. We loved the large wrap around garden.

Home from Home, fab views
By Penny G on 28-Sep-2018
A real home from home, with fabulous panoramic views of the Camel Estuary and within easy walking distance from all the delights of Padstow shops and restaurants, perfect location!
Our dogs loved the huge garden with two sheltered sun-trap terraces; one for the morning sun, one for the afternoon.
A really comfortable, well-equipped and peaceful spot; a perfect place to relax whatever the weather. We loved watching the sun rising over the estuary at breakfast time and walking back home in the evening along the river with the full moon reflected in the water - magical.
Great location, fantastic views

‘Waterside is in a great location with fantastic estuary views. Accommodation was perfect for us and our two dogs who loved the large, enclosed garden and Camel Trail which was less than a couple of minutes from the front door. The bungalow is spacious, has everything you need, with plenty of off-road parking and is on a really quiet road that’s only a few minutes’ walk to Padstow harbour. We’d thoroughly recommend it to anyone heading to Padstow!’
Spacious and fantastic views

We had a lovely time at Waterside. The bungalow is very spacious, in a quiet location, ideally located only 10 minutes walk into Padstow, and the views are fantastic.Breakfast in the dining room overlooking the estuary was great and there was always something to see - sailing boats, speedboats, canoes, water skiers. The large garden was a real treat for Twix - she spent a lot of time following the scent of the rabbit that visited the garden.
Would happily return if we visited Cornwall again.

We have always enjoyed staying at Waterside. It’s a perfect location for us with the short walk into Padstow and wonderful views from the windows.

Perfect location for a stroll into town and enjoy all that Padstow has to offer; a great range of good restaurants, cafes & bars to suit everyone. Clean, comfortable, cosy, practical house with a large, dog-friendly garden & beautiful estuary views. Great place to relax in the peace and quiet & enjoy the scenery. Helpful, friendly owner. Bin Two champagne & coffee bar was a real "find". Would recommend & would go back again.

Another wonderful stay in Waterside - cosy, comfy, not too posh you are scared to sit down, nice level walk into Padstow and the best views of anywhere we have ever stayed.

Perfect holiday house
By Linda D on 21-Jul-2017
Stayed in this lovely house June 16 and are delighted to be going back in September. Petfectly positioned to stroll into Padstow harbour and the views over the estuary are stunning. The house is very well equipped - modern - bright and welcoming. Having parking is a huge bonus but once you are there everything is within walking distance. Padstow offers everything for a great holiday - lovely restaurants - wonderful walks( the Camel Trail starts 5 minutes from the house ) and a good selection of small shops. Looking forward to returning to Waterside.
Perfect Padstow Pad!

This will be our 4th year staying at Waterside (twice a year- June and Sept), which speaks volumes. To find a property which offers parking for 3 cars, a large enclosed garden which our 2 labradors love, stunning views of the estuary and 2 decking areas is to say the least nearly impossible! The kitchen is well appointed and the house is always spotless. The owners are incredibly accommodating always prepared to go the extra mile. We chose to get married last Dec in Cornwall and Waterside was our family's base. Jenny even bought a lovely Christmas tree for the house plus left a bottle of champagne. It's the perfect base to explore wonderful Padstow and the Cornish coast.
