Outside, there are secure, good size gardens with a bar-b-que and bench at the rear so that you can make the most of every al fresco dining opportunity. The bungalow is located around four minutes walk from Padstow harbour and even less to the Camel Trail.

From the living room, master bedroom and front terrace, you can see the white sandy beaches of Rock, the ferry making its regular estuary crossing and the plethora of sailing craft, speedboats, and fishing boats as they thread their way around the estuary. To the north, it is possible to see the surf breaking on the beaches as far as Daymer Bay and Polzeath. Turning towards the south, you can see the River Camel well beyond the old railway bridge as it winds its way towards Wadebridge. In summary, these are some of the very best views available in Padstow.

Bungalow with fabulous views. is right!

By Linda R on 11-Sep-2016

Very nice 3 bd 2 bath bungalow overlooking the Camel River and Padstow town. Roomy for holiday use and picnic tables out front and rear for good weather days. Very well located for easy walking into town and the variety of sights around Padstow. Parking is easy on the street or in the rear of the property. This is important as driving/parking in town is difficult.

Tregenna, Padstow

By John And Wilma P on 05-Sep-2016

This was our second visit to Tregenna. We have stayed in many places in this area over the years and Tregenna is our clear favourite. The views from the front are stunning and the location is peaceful. It is really well kept and equipped and the parking space is a welcome addition. The barbecue and garden seating are also useful on a sunny day.Trevor is really helpful and easy to contact if you need to, and the welcome pack is a lovely touch. We will come again and would recommend this property to others.

Tregenna

By Lorraine H on 02-Sep-2016

Fantastic position. Added bonus of own parking. Home from home and suitable for all ages being clean and comfortable with everything supplied including towels. Plenty of information of places to visit. Trevone bay was a favourite with beachside parking and natural pool for younger members and good waves adults. Thoroughly recommend Rojanos pizza restaurant. Would recommend to friends an hope to book again Many thanks for making us welcome

Enjoyable stay

By Peter J on 07-Aug-2016

We enjoyed our stay at the bungalow very much. We were a party of 5 adults plus a dog. There was plenty of room to accommodate us all.. The welcome pack is a nice touch. The location is ideal just far enough away from the crowded streets of Padstow. So glad we had private parking at the back of the bungalow because parking outside is impossible from 10am until around 7pm. We managed to get 2 cars parked there. We would book the bungalow if we visit the area again

Excellent location

By Nicola B on 16-Jul-2016

The bungalow was spotless with all the essentials and plenty of outdoor seating. We loved the view and the short walk to the harbour. Pasties from the Chough bakery were particularly good, as were fish and chips from Chip Ahoy.

Tregenna a perfect Padstow location

By Jacqueline S on 11-Jul-2016

Right from the start The owners Trevor and Jacky were so helpful and that has continued throughout. The property is on a quiet, mainly residential, road with outstanding views over the river and across to rock and Daymer Bay. The harbour and camel trail is just a five minutes gentle walk away. The property itself, is comfortable and has all you could need including large picnic tables out the back and front of property. Waking up in the master bedroom with a morning brew whilst gazing out at the estuary was a perfect start to each day. My husband loved being able to go fishing in the evenings and even went out to sea mackerel fishing one day, the resulting catch was barbecued that night in the garden! The welcome pack on arrival was much appreciated as was the very high standard of cleanliness to this home away from home. I have already recommended this property to some friends!

Immediately felt at home,spotlessly clean.

By Anonymous on 09-Jul-2016

The property was wonderful, close to Padstow and the Camel trail. We immediately felt at home and everything was spotlessly clean. Beds were comfortable and we had some of the best nights sleep for a long time.

Wonderful situation and very well presented.

By Ian And Linda M on 05-Jul-2016

We were extremely comfortable in this delightful bungalow. The views over the estuary are stunning and we never tired of watching the tides come in an out. We loved the nautical theme of the decor and the well fitted kitchen. The bungalow is ideally situated within easy walking access of the harbour, bars and restaurants and my husband had no problem using his mobility scooter to get about. All in all a very happy holiday at Tregenna

A perfect holiday

By Amanda on 29-Jun-2016

A wonderful property, set in a perfect location. We spent many hours just sitting admiring the ever changing view. The house was very well equipped and the welcome hamper was much appreciated! With only a short walk into town or to the Camel Trail, it was set in an ideal location. Trevor was very communicative and more than happy to help with our questions before booking and leading up to our stay. Highly recommended! :)

Fantastic location with great views!

Great house, location and views.

By Anonymous on 24-Apr-2016

We had a great short break in Padstow. The house is a very good place to stay. Perfect location, just a short stroll into the harbour. The views were fantastic and the facilities great too. Parking was also very easy, with plenty of space available at the front of the house as well as a private space at the back. Trevor made the booking process very simple, with lots of useful information about our stay. The addition of a welcome pack of essentials upon arrival was also very generous. We would most certainly stay at the bungalow again if we visit Padstow and recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

Another great holiday!

By Pat B on 11-Apr-2016

We stayed at this lovely bungalow last August and couldn't wait to return. The bungalow was spotlessly clean upon our arrival with the added bonus of a lovely welcome pack. The parking area at the back of the property is a good addition, especially in the summer months. We were able to park on the road outside which suited us. Parking is certainly a plus staying here as it's just a short walk into Padstow. The views from the front windows are amazing! The garden at the back is ideal for catching the afternoon sun. The choice is yours. The weather was kind to us with lovely afternoon/ evening sunshine most days. We made the most of this with beach walks from Padstow to the tearoom at Hawkers cove, Daymer to Polzeath for an ice cream on the coastal path , Bedruthen and the lovely tearoom. Certainly recommend a cream tea here! We enjoyed a fab Sunday roast dinner at the Basement in Padstow along with a tasty breakfast n delicious cakes at Cherry Trees. Fish and chips at Rick Steins were good too. Certainly need some good walks planned to help with the delicious food on offer! That's besides the pasties and ice cream! We've had a great week and communication with Trevor is always prompt and helpful. Thanks Trevor and we'll be looking to return very soon!

A stay for Celebrations!

By Gillian B on 08-Apr-2016

A great property - well presented, clean and comfortable and just ideal for our needs. Slept 7 with no problem. Our only concern is that too many people will like the bungalow that it will be too booked up for us to use it again!! Communication with the owner was efficient and friendly - a great place to stay.

Clean, bright, cosy and and great location.

By Karen And Steve on 21-Mar-2016

Lovely expansive views up the estuary! As soon as you open the door you feel welcome and at home. 'Tregenna' is bright, cosy, tastefully decorated and well maintained, and is only a five minute stroll to the harbourside. Even the neighbour 'Twid' is welcoming and informative! We've stayed in many places in Padstow over the past 20 years, but it is a first for us here, and we will definitely be back, as it is already one of our favourites. Trevor was accommodating & efficient and we had a lovely welcome pack on arrival to settle us in. All you could want. The only concern we have about the property is that our good review might men it's hard to find availability in future!! :o Hope not! :D Thanks Trevor & Jacky. x

Lovely holiday home with amazing views!

By Claire F on 24-Jan-2016

I stayed at Tregenna with some friends for a few days in January and haven't stopped recommending it since. The house is in a great location, with amazing views of the sea, a 5 minute walk brings you to the main marina where you will find lots of lovely restaurants, cafes and quaint little shops. It's very comfortable, clean and had everything we needed for our stay. Padstow is beautiful and once you've been, you'll want to keep going back, and Tregenna is the perfect place to stay. We're already looking forward to our next visit!

Total Padstow

By Sean S on 30-Dec-2015

Our small party of 3 and Pepper the dog had one of the most relaxing weeks for a long time. Even the journey down was a breeze leaving the east coast after lunch, arriving well after the rush, to a lovely presented holiday home. It didn't take long to make it home. One of reasons for choosing this home was that we didn't want to spend all week driving about, we achieved this, but the supermarket is a healthy walk up the hill. Padstow has restaurants and cafes to keep you happy for a week and beyond. One tip in high season the best ones need to be reserved. Highlights: view from the lounge, walks along the coastal path ( take a OS map) , fish and chips, surfing at Constantine Bay, relaxing!!. We are looking forward our next visit.

Fabulous house and views!

By Pat B on 29-Dec-2015

We had a fabulous stay in this lovely holiday bungalow. The bungalow enjoys fantastic views over to Rock. A short walk takes you down to the Camel Trail and the delightful town of Padstow with plenty of bars, cafes and restaurants to chose from. Some lovely shops to browse in too. The bungalow is very comfortable and furnished to a high standard. The garden area was ideal for bbqing. We found no problem with on road parking outside the property. I believe there is now room to park one car at the rear which I believe will be convenient for loading beach gear for a day at one of the many beautiful beaches close by. We think this bungalow is a little gem and look forward to many more holidays here in the future. Trevor has been most helpful with any questions we've had and always accessible. Excellent customer service. Thank you!

Fabulous bungalow in a superb location!

By Steven K on 09-Dec-2015

On arrival we found the bungalow in a fantastic location close to padstow village. The views are amazing and the bungalow is absolutely immaculate! The owner has seriously thought of everything even down to the super size double bed and luxurious bed linen. Can't wait to return.

Lovely property, well located

By Kathryn W on 07-Dec-2015

The property was easy to find, and in a great location with an easy walk to Padstow. There was good parking directly outside the property; the bungalow itself was furnished to a very high standard and well-equipped throughout. It was so nice to arrive to find essentials provided in the kitchen. Communication with the owner was good, we always received prompt responses to any queries. We'd recommend this property, and are already planning our next stay!

Lovely family holiday

By Jacqui C on 25-Oct-2015

Just had a lovely week in this holiday bungalow. There were 6 of us in total plus our dog and there was plenty of room for us all. The bungalow has recently been decorated in a nautical theme which gave a light and airy feel. Amazing views and only a few minutes walk into Padstow. We were fortunate to have really good weather so we did a lot of walking with our dog who spent the whole week with a permanent wag in her tail :) dogs are very welcome in Padstow. Would definitely recommend staying here and great communication with Trevor when booking. Many Thanks we shall return !!

Well-presented property with Fabulous Views.

By Anonymous on 21-Sep-2015

We have stayed in some really nice holiday rental properties over the years, and ‘’Tregenna’’ is right up with the very best. The bungalow is spotlessly clean, fresh and comfortable throughout, and with a lovely nautical theme that complements the location and that View! The view from the front elevation, lounge & master bedroom is stunning, and on the one bad weather day we had it was relaxing just to sit in the lounge with a glass of wine and just enjoy the view, whatever the weather. The welcome hamper was a nice touch and very much appreciated after a long journey (Thank you Trevor) we opened the wine while unpacking and got straight into the holiday mode. Parking at the front of the property was no problem at all, and the property is situated as described on a quite road a few minutes’ walk from town. Padstow is a lovely town where everything revolves around the busy harbour, yet it still maintains its natural beauty with rugged coastline, sandy beaches and fabulous coastal walks. The town also offers an excellent choice of restaurants (all dog friendly), shops, art galleries etc. We had a fab holiday, and our accommodation and location contributed to that. We would definitely return to Tregenna, and would highly recommend this property for your holiday in Padstow. Kieran & Caron Isle of Anglesey.

A beautiful property with magnificent views

By John And Wilma P on 31-Aug-2015

Our family found this property to be in an ideal location, the views from the front were absolutely stunning. To sit at the table in the front with a morning cup of tea was a real treat, never tire of those views. The property itself was bright and airy following the recent modernisation and yet still retained its homely character. It is a convenient walk to Padstow harbour with the good selection of food and drink available there. An ideal spot for a family holiday, hence, we have already booked again for next year.

Great location and great views!

By Remy S on 25-Aug-2015

Trevor's bungalow has a lot to offer: - Great views - Quiet - Easy to park in front of the house - Within walking distance from the center of Padstow We really appreciated the fact that there was a washing machine (perfect when you have young children), internet and a bottle of white wine was waiting for us when we arrived!! If you're looking for a nice welcoming place to stay in Padstow, look no further!

Fabulous location, lovely house !

By Rachel H on 12-Aug-2015

Perfect location during the busy period in Padstow, close enough to do everything but just enough distance from the crowds. We did all of our favourite activities whilst on another trip to this wonderful place - crabbing, ferry to rock, camel trail on bikes, rest a while tea garden, cherry trees for lunch and breakfast , day trip to Carbis Bay and Treyarnon beach. Lovely house, well furnished, very clean, great communication from Trevor. Would definitely return. Thanks

Wonderful holiday accommodation

By Alex W on 20-Jul-2015

Have just returned from a weeks holiday at this property and what a great time we had (4 adults, 1 baby, 1 dog and 2 adults who stayed for 2 nights). The owner Trevor was a pleasure to liaise with and extremely helpful during the booking. Having stayed in holiday properties in Padstow before, it was a refreshing change to deal directly with the owner. We were let down at the last minute by another booking and Trevor rescued our holiday! The property was clean, comfortable and best of all had spectacular views across the harbour, estuary, Rock and countryside; simply stunning. It is located in an ideal spot, being close to town but far enough from the busy streets meaning parking is usually available outside or near the property. The welcome hamper was a nice touch, meaning an all important cup of tea on arrival could be enjoyed immediately! We had a lovely holiday and I would recommend this property if you are considering a break in Padstow.
