We have a secure off-road parking bay for 1 large, or two small cars for the sole use of guests and there is free parking available on the road at the front of the house (subject to availability).

We are delighted to revert to our pre-Covid rental policies so our check in time has been changed to 1pm. We will also provide a welcome pack of food essentials including coffee, tea, milk, sugar, bread, butter, cheese, and ham and a chilled bottle of wine, which will be ready waiting in the fridge for when you arrive. If anyone in your party has any food alergies at all, please advise us and we will not include this welcome pack.

Well suited to two families sharing, this modernised three bedroom bungalow benefits from a modern kitchen complete with dishwasher and washing machine, a family bathroom and one bedroom with an en-suite shower room with toilet and basin. The property is well equipped with TV, DVD and free unlimited wi-fi.

Outside, there are secure, good sized gardens with a bar-b-que and bench at the rear so that you can make the most of every al fresco dining opportunity. At the front of the house there is a large terrace with a circular bench with integral seating, from where the views of the harbour and estuary can be savoured. The bungalow is llocated around four minutes walk from Padstow harbour and even less to the Camel Trail.

From the living room, master bedroom and front terrace, you can see the white sandy beaches of Rock, the ferry making its regular estuary crossing and the plethora of sailing craft, speedboats, and fishing boats as they thread their way around the estuary. To the north, it is possible to see the surf breaking on the beaches as far as Daymer Bay and Polzeath. In summary, these are some of the very best views available in Padstow.

The master bedroom has a fabulous super-kingsize double bed with a new quality mattress fitted recently. The second bedroom benefits from a double bed and has the added advantage of an en-suite shower room. The third bedroom has two single beds.

Clean linen and towels are provided weekly but guests will need to bring their own beach towels.

Subject to other bookings, we can sometimes offer early check-in and late check-out times but ordinarily, the check-in is anytime after 4p.m. and the property should be vacated by 9a.m. on the morning of departure. We apologise for the inconvenience of these check in/check out times that were altered to allow our cleaners enough time for the Covid related cleaning requirements.

For rental periods charging our minimum weekly rate of £850, a £10 per night, per guest surcharge will be applied for more than two guests.
