38, CHURCH STREET is a delightful, spacious cottage in the old part of Padstow, opposite the parish church of St. Petroc. It accepts well behaved pets (at no extra charge) downstairs only please, has free Wi-Fi, three bedrooms & an open plan kitchen/dining/living area. The kitchen is very well equipped with a ceramic hob electric cooker, washer/dryer, fridge, dishwasher, fridge/freezer & microwave etc. There is a radio/CD player in the kitchen/dining area, the dining area has seating for 6 people & the sitting area has two sofas, gas fire & TV with freeview HD & DVD. The three bedrooms are, a king size, a double & a twin room, a bathroom with bath, wc., shower, washbasin, hairdryer & shaver point. The cottage has a paved garden area at the rear, gas central heating & a parking permit provided for one vehicle to use the Lawn (PL28 8EB) or Station (PL28 8DA) car park (unfortunately, from April 1st 2020 the facility of an annual car park permit will no longer be available from Padstow Town Council). The closest beach at Harbour Cove (Tregirls) is dog friendly all year round.

This property is open all year including Christmas, New Year & Easter. Out of season breaks are available from November - March inclusive (except Christmas, New Year & Easter), 2020 out of season prices are £130 per night with a three night min charge; £50 for each additional night.
Check in time 14:00. Check out time 10:00. Unless agreed otherwise.
April to October (inclusive) 2020 weekly rates £765 - £1275.

A deposit of 1/3rd is required to secure a booking with the balance due one month before arrival. Payment can be made by bank transfer, credit/debit card or cheque.

Great find – (5 star).

A lovely clean cottage with everything you could possibly need for an enjoyable break away. Will definitely book again . We all enjoyed our stay in Padstow — 17th October 2015.

Amazing Cottage! – (5 star).

This is an amazing cottage in a wonderful location. The cottage was extremely clean and welcoming and is well equipped and very comfortable. Having such a home from home so close to the harbour is a real treat. We will definitely book again when staying in Padstow — 24th August 2015.
