This recently finished barn conversion is in the countryside yet not remote - with the picturesque village of Manorbier 1 mile away, Jameston 0.75 miles away and the historic towns of Tenby & Pembroke just 3 miles away.

Orchard cottage is situated on a small family farm in an enclosed orchard walled garden. The owner has maintained the traditional cottage style look retaining the stone arch, slate / tiled & oak floors with wooden exposed beams in the high vaulted lounge ceiling.

The property has three ground floor bedrooms with an additional room via a stairs ladder onto a mezzanine leading into an attic style bedroom with a double bed giving a real cosy and romantic feel. Bedroom 1 has a double bed, bedroom 2 has two twin singles and bedroom 3 has a bunk bed.

A bathroom suit with a bath, whb, toilet and a large shower at one end of the property , with a second shower room, whb and toilet at the other end.

The property has a large sitting room which oozes character with exposed beams, natural stone arch and rippled effect render walling with views of the South facing lawn garden, countryside and sea in the distance. The kitchen is modern with integrated dishwasher & fan assisted oven, a stand alone fridge freezer, micro wave, toaster, and Dolce Gusto coffee machine, with a tiled floor and a large table seating eight.

The property is WIFI enabled with fibre optic broadband and free view TV. The garden is well stocked with plants and flowers; it is south facing so gets plenty of sun and patio area is equipped with garden furniture - table and chairs and a barbecue.

We welcome well behaved dogs. Sorry, but no smoking indoors.

The property is ideally suited to a family party and is popular all year around. Car parking ample for two and close proximity for three cars.

This area of Pembrokeshire is renowned for its superb coastal paths for walkers. There are many beaches to choose from with surfing, kayaking, wind carting and other activities such as horse-riding, fishing and golf. There are boat trips to the islands to see the puffins and other seabirds. There is no shortage of places to visit - Manorbier with its castle and sandy / rock pool beach, with a wide choice of pubs and restaurants very close by.

Peace, tranquility.....heaven. What a beautiful property in a stunning location. Gorgeous local pubs with amazing food & pet friendly too. Beautiful beaches on your doorstep, great friendly owners.....what more could you want? I can’t wait to return.

Beautiful Property

Just returned from spending a few days break at this superb property. It was equipped with everything you would need and is definitely a home from home. The weather unfortunately was sub zero so it was very welcoming after days out to come back to the underfloor heating and cosy evenings in. Thank you for the chocolates and wine on our arrival.

Beautiful House Based At A Central Point To Explore The Area

This was a beautiful house, and on entry we were very much impressed at the layout and how comfortable it was. The owners left flowers and wine for us, along with milk, tea and coffee which was such a lovely thought. We stayed in February at a very cold time of year, but we found the house was lovely and toasty with the underfloor heating, so lovely to walk on! The rooms were well furnished and suited the feel of the building. We only needed to use the 3 downstairs bedrooms, and they were extremely comfortable, with a suitable amount of furniture to put away plenty of clothes etc, without overfilling the room, and giving space to walk. The open plan kitchen/diner/living space worked well and more than adequately stocked with all the mod cons. There was also free wifi, which many holiday homes charge extra for. The only less positive points would probably be a lack of phone coverage, which cannot be helped, and probably the additional room and seating area upstairs, though we had no need of it. The mezzanine floor and extra bedroom is up a very handsome moveable staircase (think of an olde worlde wooden library ladder that moves along a bar) I would say it is more suitable for early teen years, based on the head height - I'm 5 foot 5 and my head was the height of the apex, that age group would find it very adventurous and great fun, but there is a degree of agility and nerve required. There was clearly a good amount of consideration gone into the conversion of the property and how to furnish it. The property is rural, which means it's quiet at night and you can see the stars, but it's less than 5 miles into the centre of Tenby. There is also Pembroke Castle which is no more than 20 minutes away. There is a lot to explore in this area, and this property serves it well.

Perfect Cottage, Immaculately Clean Interior

This is a super property, the pictures do not to it justice. It has top quality decor, was immaculately clean, design ideas were fab and the coziness was like home from home. We didn't want to leave and will defiantly return. Don't hesitate to book here there is nothing missed in the attention to detail ensuring you have a comfortable stay. Even a Christmas tree and a pretty table cloth put up for our arrival. Home from home! Though we had December weather, the area is fab and we can't wait to see locality again in the summer. It was stunning at this time of year so I'm sure it will be even better in the summer!

Lovely Property, Perfect Place For Our Group Of 8 To See The New Year In

As a group of 8 (4 adults and 4 kids under 7) we were looking for something with enough space for everyone and this place was just right. Finished to a very high standard with everything we needed in the large kitchen / dining / living space. Great location, just a 10 minute drive to Tenby and beautiful country walks from the Barn. Chris, the owner was very friendly and helpful - we'd love to come back and stay in the summer, Thank you! Emma and crew :)

Beautiful Barn Conversion In Pembrokeshire

Immaculate, spotless and spacious accommodation offering a combination of charm and modern facilities. We really appreciated the Christmas tree that greeted us on our arrival. The barn conversion comfortably slept our family of eight and was conveniently close to Tenby and the Pembrokeshire countryside. We would definitely recommend and hope to return.
