One not to miss!

Absolutely stunning apartment overlooking the harbour, a beautiful immaculate light and airy apartment with easy access for both disabled and able bodied alike. We were met by the lovely owner Ruth who gave us a comprehensive tour of her apartment although upon seeing the fantastic view everything else was a bonus !!!! The bedrooms were very spacious and with the added benefit of an en-suite you could not fault them, I also appreciated the fact that the towels were proper body sized and not hand towels in disguise !!!
The kitchen was very well equipped with everything you could need for a large meal or a quick snack and with restaurants and Poole high street on your doorstep you were spoilt for choice. The apartment is situated less than an hour from day trips to Bournemouth, Weymouth and Dorchester and if you love a garden I recommend Compton Acres which is stunning and has a lovely restaurant.
We thoroughly enjoyed our week in Poole and it was a pleasure meeting Ruth who made us feel very welcome.

We have stayed in this apartment 3 times over the last year or so and it maintains its high standard and attention to detail. Ruth and John are very friendly and welcoming, even at 8pm on a wet February evening.Highly recommended.

Beautiful flat, well maintained, stunning views and a great sun trap!
We chose this flat due to it's stunning outlook onto the quay, located close to Poole harbour and a superb, modern interior, we weren't disappointed! We were met at the property by Ruth and her husband who made sure we knew where everything was located, answering any queries before they departed. The flat is very private and has a great outside space to eat, drink and in the summer months, sunbath. No sunbathing in February, but we did manage a glass or two of Champane on our last day, due to the south facing aspect of the flat.

A great find, we will return.

Luxury, light and fantastic views of Poole Habour
Harbour Watch is a beautiful and luxuriously comfortable apartment looking out at the harbour. It's extremely peaceful, great light, imagine flopping on the sofas watching the seagulls fly by, hanging out on the terrace watching yachts and windsurfers. The apartment is by well equipped, the beds are extremely comfortable. Ruth has lots of tips on great walks in the area and you can easily walk into Poole old town for dinner out and leave the car at home. Good base for exploring the harbour area, we got over to Studland a number of times. Would also highly recommend Monkey World and kayaking along the river at Wareham followed by tea at the Priory.

The sitting room has windows on two sides with great views of the harbour. The apartment was well equipped and comfortable and had the bonus of outdoor space . We also liked the undercover parking. Ruth, the owner, was very friendly and helpful and she even provided us with two parking spaces. Poole quay is just a short walk away and there are plenty of cafes and restaurants there. Our security deposit was returned without delay.

We have just spent a week at Harbour Watch and the apartment lived up to our expectations. The facilities and amenities are excellent, it was in immaculate condition and Ruth ( the owner ) couldn't have been more helpful in the handover. Everything you could possibly want was provided and we had a very comfortable stay.
The views from the balcony are outstanding and change with the hour of the day. Shops are very close at hand. Good secure parking in the under ground parking area.
We certainly intend on going again.

We had a wonderful break at Harbour watch. The apartment was fully equipped for a self catering break. Modern décor and furnishings, and open plan lounge diner with views over the bay.
Lovely welcome from both the owners, who gave us a very comprehensive handover, and who were available thought-out the visit if required. Apartment well positioned for walking into Poole old town and for local sightseeing. Would definitely use again, and recommend.

My family and myself were welcomed by Ruth and her husband as we arrived, they were very accommodating and showed us around the apartment in great detail and ran through places to visit in the surrounding areas. The apartment is very spacious and very well equipped, there was nothing we needed extra as everything was there. We had a wonderful stay and enjoyed sitting on the balcony admiring the views that were ever changing. Poole harbour and town is in walking distance and we enjoyed a boat trip to Brownsea Island which can be seen from the apartment. There are plenty of local amenities and lots of places to visit which gave us plenty to do. I highly recommend this apartment for its stunning views and immaculate interior. We hope to go back in the future. Thank you Ruth and John for making us feel so welcome and your attention to detail.

Staying in this graceful, serene and extremely comfortable apartment was a real pleasure. The whole place is filled with light and its floor-to-ceiling windows offer a panoramic view of the harbor, which turned out to be even prettier at night than by day. The apartment has been imaginatively designed to maximize guests' comfort. Every detail has been thought through, with impeccable organization and flair. The bathrooms are sparklingly-clean, the towels plush and oversized; the sofa one you can't resist stretching out on while watching the activity at sea. The kitchen is so well equipped you could easily cook elaborate meals there, if there weren't several nice restaurants to tempt you, a mere 5 minutes' walk away. And yet despite being so close to cafes and shops, the apartment itself is very peaceful and private. It was so much nicer to have the run of this lovely bright home than to stay in a hotel. We would definitely choose to stay here again the next time we're in Poole.

We recently spent two weeks in this luxury penthouse suite. The views were stunning and facilities first class. We were met by Ruth on arrival who was a brilliant host the whole two weeks. There was nothing we could want for. The whole place was immaculate and well stocked with everything you needed. Underground parking was a good advantage too. All in all a very tranquil and restful place and within easy reach of shops restaurants and beaches. Would certainly recommend one hundred per cent . Also on our return home our £150 deposit was returned to us very promptly.

Modern spacious penthouse apartment, great views over Poole harbour, stylishly furnished to a very high standard. Very close to Poole Quay, and ideally suited for the Dorset Coast. Very friendly owners and helpful. It may initially look/feel expensive but compared with a hotel is great value for a short break; hopefully we will be back.

We were met on arrival by the owner, who showed us to the dedicated parking in the secure ground floor car park. The apartment itself is modern, spacious, clean, comfortable, appropriately furnished with plenty of natural light through the many windows. We found it very well equipped throughout. There is access to a private south facing terrace, not overlooked, with loungers, chairs and a table. The views over the harbour and beyond are superb. Location wise, the property is within easy walking distance to The Quay, town centre and ferry port. There are some excellent restaurants nearby. Internet access, DVD, large TV and telephone are all provided. We found it an ideal base for our many excursions. The owner was attentive and helpful.

Overall, recommended without reservation.

Penthouse is the correct description for this fab apartment. Unbelievable views from a huge verandah. It was really sunny when we were there so the verandah was well used- the sun was directly onto the verandah all the time. A lovely open plan lounge/dining and kitchen area with plenty of seating. Everything in the apartment was in great condition. The owners were there to meet us - and were very patient when we got lost. They are both very eager to please and did keep in contact throughout our stay - to ensure we didn't need anything eg more clean towels. One trip advisor comment said they thought they were too long in explaining things about the apartment upon arrival - but we found this advantageous. The secure building/car park was a big selling point to us. Poole centre literally a 10 minute walk away with some decent eating places.
