Accommodation Comprises :
A spacious character three-bedroom apartment.
The comfortable living room has a large corner sofa and an armchair for relaxing. It is decorated in a nice combination of fresh white and light blue with a lovely decorative fireplace as a focal point and views of the garden. A conservatory has further seating and garden views.
The kitchen is fully equipped with every item you could need to easily cater for up to seven people. It has a wall of windows that allow the natural light to flood in and make it a very pleasant place to cook.
An elegantly furnished dining room has a large table with seating for seven, and matching dressers storing glasses and crockery. It is as comfortable for an informal breakfast as it is for a special family dinner.
The master bedroom has a double four-poster king size bed, bedside tables and reading lights, and ample storage so guests can completely unpack and settle in.
The second bedroom has two 3ft link single beds, a large window, bedside tables and reading lights.
Bedroom three has a smaller single bed and bunk beds, 6ft x 2'6", and easily sleeps three children, with a cot being available on request. The room also has a wardrobe and chest of drawers.
The family bathroom has a full-sized bath with electric shower above, large mirror, WC and hand basin.
Outside:
Bassets Acre, built by Lord de Dunstanville Basset in around 1827, has an acre of mature gardens that are expertly tended to be enjoyed all year round. The owners have provided several decked areas with barbecues for guests to use.

Additional Information: Garden Spring has WiFi and heating throughout. bed linen are included, just bring your own towels. Short breaks are available out of high season, depending on availability. No smoking. No pets.

The apartment is in a wonderful coastal position on a small quiet complex in Portreath, between three and five minutes walk from the centre of town and pubs like the Portreath Arms Hotel, the Bassets arms, and The Waterfront Inn, Portreath beach and harbour are also only 3-5 minutes walk from Garden Spring.
