This cottage is just perfect for a seaside holiday in St Gildas de Rhys, only a five minute walk down the private lane and you are at the beach on one side and the marina on the other. Also the little village with shops, bars, restaurants etc is only a short walk from the house. The entrance is around the back of the house, from the patio area, straight into the open plan lounge/dining/kitchen. The kitchen has a large fridge freezer, electric oven and gas hob, washing machine, kettle and toaster.

The lounge/dining room is bright and spacious and there is a dining table and chairs and the lounge area has two settees and a couple of chairs. There is WiFi (via your own devices) a TV, DVD player, telephone (free calls to certain countries).

Also downstairs is the family shower room and toilet and one bedroom which has a single bed, with pull out mattress to make two beds, ideally suited for children, not adults. Upstairs (steep and not suitable for the infirm) are two further bedrooms, one twin and one double.

The house is set in quite good sized gardens for a beach property, with grassy areas all around, and to the front a boule court. Around the back is a lovely private patio area and garage to store the garden furniture, electric BBQ, and the table tennis table.

Ample parking in behind the gates and the garden is fully enclosed, making it ideal for little ones as well as as bigger "kids" wanting a beach holiday! No baby equipment is supplied, so if you have any little ones you will need to supply your own. Bed linen is included and end of stay clean can be arranged and towel bales can be hired in advance from the owners. There is an electricity allowance, which should see you through your holiday, but if you need to use the heating, this may trigger a payment. During off peak, electricity is extra to the rental quoted; this will be charged as used at cost, so may not be suitable for letting in the colder months There are local tennis courts, all types of water sports, golf only a few kms away and each day there is a little town market and on Sunday, the big one comes to town. All within walking distance. There is no WiFi at the cottage but the tourist information office in the village offers 24 hour access.

Please note that in peak weeks the owners can only take two week bookings or more in July & August, i.e. no single weeks (due to the distance they have to travel to check the house before clients arrivals). 60€ must be left at the house for the mandatory end of stay clean.
