Eton House is a newly renovated coastal villa just a few steps from the town centre and beach at Sheringham. Its owned by Emma and Nigel and they have spent the past year renovating the property to an exceptionally high standard. It is spacious and very well equipped with a super comfortable sitting room complete with large TV and woodburning stove. The kitchen is all brand new and makes for a really sociable space leading out onto the gardens.

Eton House has been sympathetically restored with many of the original feature retained like the beautiful cast iron fireplaces in the bedrooms (decorative only) and the wonderful tiled hallway.

There are 5 bedrooms, all comfortable with quality linens and furniture. The Master bedroom is stunning with a black four posted bed and some sumptuous furnishings. A real retreat!

The gardens to the rear are beautifully designed with an outdoor seating area for al fresco dining and an astro turfed lawned area behind.

Sitting Room: spacious room with large flat screen TV, wood bring stove Two large leather sofas to one and and another to the far end.

Kitchen: great space with range style cooker, fridge,freezer and dishwasher. Built in microwave and wine fridge.

Dining area to one end: large table and chairs

First Floor:

Bedroom 1: stunning master bedroom with king sized four poster bed, original Victorian decorative fireplace. Bay window to the front of the house letting in lots of light. Super furniture which give a very decadent feel to the room.
