There are two bedrooms (one double, one twin) with wrought iron beds, comfy mattresses, crisp white linen, wardrobes and drawers.

Excellent collection of local interest books, walking guides and maps, hand drawn maps of the best walks from Magnolia Cottage, fiction library and our own detailed information booklet. Private south facing garden with sun terrace, dining area and garden hut for bike storage. Magnolia Cottage is our home; we're here to offer afriendly welcome, and on hand if there's anything you need during your stay, but equally happy to be completely unobtrusive! Most of our bookings are from regular guests, many returning year after year, and we have consistent top ratings online.
Our location is excellent, in a leafy residential area, an easy stroll from Sheringham's seafront and beach, independent shops, cafes, pubs and restaurants. Around the corner are the clifftop golf course, Poppy Line steam railway and leisure pool. The Coasthopper bus and Bittern Line train to Norwich are conveniently close, and there are miles of coast and country walks from the front door, including the beautiful National Trust landscape of Sheringham Park.
Sheringham lies on the North Norfolk coast, an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, an unspoilt landscape of saltmarsh, shingle and glorious beaches. There's a wealth of interest in a compact area: stately homes and gardens, steam trains, pretty market towns, wildlife reserves, seal colonies, birdwatching, the Norfolk Coast Path and a fabulous array of eating spots, all served by excellent transport links.
