Nearby coastal footpaths take you to the picturesque fishing villages of Beer and Branscombe and nearby Lyme Regis. Location and activitiesCliff Field gardens, less than two minutes’ walk, leads directly to the beach. Local activities include: coastal walks, golf, kayaking and paddle boarding, cycling, tennis, crazy golf, and fishing trips. Conveniently located, the apartment is a short walk from local shops, restaurants, carparks, and cafes. There is an excellent selection of independent shops, including an excellent butcher and fruit and vegetable shop, two supermarkets and a choice of local farm shops too. The local nature reserve, Seaton wetlands and Tramway are in easy walking distance. The coastal town of Sidmouth, boasting a cinema, theatre and famous folk festival is less than 20 minutes by car or bus. The city of Exeter flanked by Dartmoor and the Blackdown Hills is less than 40 minutes’ drive. Exeter airport is half an hour away by car and local train stations Axminister and Honiton, are less than 20-minutes by taxi.There is a car park less than a minute away with reasonably priced weekly tickets that entitle you to park in other local car parks too. The Apartment The apartment sleeps up to five people. Stairs lead from the utility room up to the upstairs hallway. Off the hallway are three well-presented bedrooms, lounge, bathroom, separate WC and kitchen. There is one spacious light double bedroom, one twin bedroom and one single bedroom
The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, fridge, microwave, electric hob and oven. There is a washing machine/dryer in the utility room and a large fridge and freezer. The lounge/ diner has a sofa, armchairs and dining table. There is a large bath and shower and separate WC.The apartment has been kept deliberately simple with free Wi Fi and a small TV/DVD player - evening barbecues and fish and chips on the beach are far more fun! GardenTo the rear of the property, there is a large, secluded garden which catches the evening sunshine, with gas barbecue, dining table and chairs, perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach.
