This is a delightful, ground floor, seafront apartment in a converted house and benefits from fantastic sea views across Bournemouth Bay to the Isle of Wight.

BEDROOMS: Double Bedroom (with 32" FLATSCREEN TV - FREEVIEW). The lounge/diner has a bed settee to sleep 1 or 2 and SEA VIEWS - 42" FLATSCREEN TV - FREEVIEW - VIRGIN CABLE - DVD - FREE WIFI (subject to availability from Internet Service Provider). The modern, fitted kitchen includes a GAS COOKER - WASHING MACHINE - DISHWASHER - FRIDGE/FREEZER. There is a modern, fully tiled bathroom with a bath, shower facility and toilet. There is also a separate toilet. This property has an enclosed communal rear garden including patio and lawn area (shared with the apartment upstairs). The accommodation comes with off road parking for one car in the drive. GAS/ELECTRIC - INCLUDED. Linen & towels included for holiday lets are provided by the owner. We regret no children are accepted under the age of 12 years old. Saturday to Saturday bookings are preferred.

LOCAL AREA: It is a very short walk to the zig-zag paths, for access to the clean, sandy beaches, and there are local shops nearby. A short walk along the clifftop will lead you to the Funicular Victorian cliff lift which can take you down to the sandy shores below. Café Riva is a cliff top café serving food and beverages or if you can tear yourself from the views a round of crazy golf on the cliff top may suit. Bournemouth town centre is a short drive for those visitors wishing to be involved in the more hustle and bustle of a traditional seaside town. The Victorian Pier and Pleasure Gardens offer entertainment through the season for young and old. The historical centre of Christchurch is also just a short drive away for riverside walks and the Quay. This is a very popular location being right on the cliff top.
