Double 4ft 6in bed with Pocket Sprung mattress (New 2017), Double wardrobe, Chest of drawers, Bedside table with touch bedside lamps. Double glazed window with black out roller blind, lined curtains. Duvet - summer and winter tog provided. 4 Pillows. Blanket and 2 extra pillows. Mattress protectors and Pillow protectors are clean every changeover.

LOUNGE
Great Harbour and Sea View. Double Glazed window with roller blind. T.V. and recorder. 2 easy chairs newly upholstered. Table and chairs. Table lamp. Bookcase with books. A few games...pack of cards. Scrabble plus dictionary.

KITCHEN
Double Glazed window with roller blind. Fully equipped with crockery/cutlery/cooking utensils, Built-under-Fridge with ice box, 4 ring Electric Cooker, Microwave. Bread Bin and Cutting mats. WE SUPPLY: Tea Towels, Oven Glove, Washing Up liquid and Cloth, Bin Bags, 1 x Kitchen Roll, Cooking Foil, various cleaning products. Heated towel rail which runs off the Central Heating system during the winter and operates off the electricity during the summer.

SHOWER ROOM
Plumbed in Shower with bi-fold door, Hand Basin with Mirror over the top, Toilet, Electric Wall Fan Heater. Shaver socket. 2 x Toilet Rolls.

INCLUDED IN THE PRICE:
BED LINEN - Duvet cover, Fitted Sheet and 4 Pillow cases.
TOWELS (2 hand towels and 1 Bath size towel per guest). Should you require any more towels please ask.

WINTER CENTRAL HEATING from the Beginning of September to End of May. There is a thermostat for the heating on the Lounge Wall.

GUARANTEED CAR PARKING - directly outside the property on our Private Car Park. This is your space for the length of your stay.

An excellent, central place to stay

This compact apartment sleeps two, probably ten minutes walk from a beach, the railway and bus stations, and is very comfortable and spotlessly clean. In fact we thought that everything was new and had never been used before. It is well equipped, and even has nice touches like binoculars to see what's going on in town and the harbour, as well as games like cards and Scrabble if, like us, you enjoy that sort of thing. There is a coin operated electricity meter but it doesn't seem to gobble them up. The owners are extremely pleasant and will happily pick you up from the station, which is worth accepting if you have heavy luggage to drag up the short but steep hill.

Love this apartment in St Ives. We’ve been coming here for many years and received the same warm welcome as usual. Caroline and Peter are always friendly and helpful, Peter even cleaning the seagull mess off the car windscreen for us, The wonderful view of the town and sea from the windows never tires and the apartment is very well equipped with everything you might need for your stay.Lovely comfy bed and everywhere spotlessly clean. It’s also great to have parking on site in a town where parking is not easy. Needless to say we booked as we left for next year.

Spotless, Convenient , Period Property with Sea veiws

This beautifully maintained period property, has views over the town and St. Ives harbour. The double bedroomed apartment is spotlessly clean with every necessity for self catering provided. It has the benefit of off road parking and is accessible from the road network that skirts the town, so getting in and out for the day is easy. The town and beach are only 5 minuets walk although slightly inclined. Thanks once again Peter and Caroline
