Double 4ft 6in bed with Pocket Sprung mattress (New 2017), Double wardrobe, Chest of drawers, Bedside table with touch bedside lamps. Double glazed window with black out roller blind, lined curtains. Duvet - summer and winter tog provided. 4 Pillows. Blanket and 2 extra pillows. Mattress protectors and Pillow protectors are clean every changeover.

LOUNGE
Great Harbour and Sea View. Double Glazed window with roller blind. T.V. and recorder. 2 easy chairs newly upholstered. Table and chairs. Table lamp. Bookcase with books. A few games...pack of cards. Scrabble plus dictionary.

KITCHEN
Double Glazed window with roller blind. Fully equipped with crockery/cutlery/cooking utensils, Built-under-Fridge with ice box, 4 ring Electric Cooker, Microwave. Bread Bin and Cutting mats. WE SUPPLY: Tea Towels, Oven Glove, Washing Up liquid and Cloth, Bin Bags, 1 x Kitchen Roll, Cooking Foil, various cleaning products. Heated towel rail which runs off the Central Heating system during the winter and operates off the electricity during the summer.

SHOWER ROOM
Plumbed in Shower with bi-fold door, Hand Basin with Mirror over the top, Toilet, Electric Wall Fan Heater. Shaver socket. 2 x Toilet Rolls.

INCLUDED IN THE PRICE:
BED LINEN - Duvet cover, Fitted Sheet and 4 Pillow cases.
TOWELS (2 hand towels and 1 Bath size towel per guest). Should you require any more towels please ask.

WINTER CENTRAL HEATING from the Beginning of September to End of May. There is a thermostat for the heating on the Lounge Wall.

GUARANTEED CAR PARKING - directly outside the property on our Private Car Park. This is your space for the length of your stay.

Reviews

An excellent, central place to stay

This compact apartment sleeps two, probably ten minutes walk from a beach, the railway and bus stations, and is very comfortable and spotlessly clean. In fact we thought that everything was new and had never been used before.

It is well equipped, and even has nice touches like binoculars to see what's going on in town and the harbour, as well as games like cards and Scrabble if, like us, you enjoy that sort of thing.

There is a coin operated electricity meter but it doesn't seem to gobble them up.

The owners are extremely pleasant and will happily pick you up from the station, which is worth accepting if you have heavy luggage to drag up the short but steep hill.

Love this apartment in St Ives. We’ve been coming here for many years and received the same warm welcome as usual. Caroline and Peter are always friendly and helpful, Peter even cleaning the seagull mess off the car windscreen for us, The wonderful view of the town and sea from the windows never tires and the apartment is very well equipped with everything you might need for your stay.Lovely comfy bed and everywhere spotlessly clean. It’s also great to have parking on site in a town where parking is not easy. Needless to say we booked as we left for next year.

Spotless, Convenient , Period Property with Sea veiws

This beautifully maintained period property, has views over the town and St. Ives harbour.
The double bedroomed apartment is spotlessly clean with every necessity for self catering provided. It has the benefit of off road parking and is accessible from the road network that skirts the town, so getting in and out for the day is easy. The town and beach are only 5 minuets walk although slightly inclined.

Great apartment

We have stayed in this lovely apartment many times. It's in a prime location with superb views over the town, harbour and the Island. Conveniently situated for the town, beach, bus station and train station.
The apartment itself is comfortable, very well-equipped and spotlessly clean and the owners are very friendly and always willing to help if there's a problem.
A bonus is that there is a car parking space - not always easy to come by in St Ives.
All in all, a great place to stay. That's why we keep coming back!

Happy to recommend this apartment. It has ample space, a great view over the harbour and is well maintained by its attentive owners. Car parking spaces a big bonus. Short ealk to shops and seafront.

The property was exactly as described and is really well suited to a couple looking to explore St Ives and the surrounding area. It was clean and well maintained with a number of helpful instructions dotted about to make using the features straightforward. Peter and Caroline were also very helpful. They were very welcoming and friendly. I would recommend this apartment without hesitation. I have had two brilliant holidays using this as a base and would happily stay again if the opportunity arises.

We couldn't be happier about our stay in this place, it's absolutely superb! The owners are wonderful and very helpful and went above and beyond to make sure our stay was great. The location is superb, 5 minute walk to the beach, stunning views of the harbour and close to shops and restaurants. The flat has everything one needs to make it both a great base for exploring the town and the area and a lovely place for a quiet night in admiring the views. If i could give more than 5 stars I would!

Lost count of the number of times we've stayed here. Brilliant location with stunning views from the windows. Very clean & comfortable with everything you need for you stay. We had a brilliant stay and would definitely return. The apartment was clean and tidy with everything you could need. The views from the sitting room window were absolutely beautiful and it only took a few minutes to walk into the town. Fantastic!

This is a lovely top floor apartment with great views over St Ives harbour. The apartment has all the facilities I needed, was spotlessly clean & well maintained. Caroline & Peter were both very welcoming and helpful throughout my stay. Easy to find, car parking was good and the walk to both Porthminster beach and the town/harbour within few minutes. I have always enjoyed time spent in St Ives and would certainly stay here again if I get the chance to return, and would happily recommend.

We have stayed in this apartment many times and the warm and friendly welcome we always get from Caroline and Peter have made it a home from home for us. The apartment is immaculate and equipped with everything you need for a self-catering holiday. The views from the windows are stunning and, while the house is in a quiet location it is very convenient for both the town and beach. Having a parking space is an added bonus - not always easy to find in St Ives. We cannot praise this apartment too highly - would definitely recommend.

Perfect location, quiet and beautiful house overlooking the town. Great access to the harbour and beaches. Apartment 2 has great views from the top of the house and was the perfect base for us to enjoy a relaxing week in St Ives. The house and apartment are spotless and very well maintained by Caroline and Pete. Would recommend.

Apartment was great. Caroline and Peter let us park up early, which allowed us to get in to town early Saturday. Dedicated parking is a necessity in St Ives. All amenities were great and views stunning. About a three minute walk in to town. Porthminster beach about 5. We cooked 4 times in our 2 week stay, but the choice of restaurants means there is no urgency to want to. Western hotel does great jazz on Tuesday nights and live music in some of the pubs is very rewarding. I would recommend staying here. Recommended for: Sightseeing, Romantic Getaway.
