The apartment is located in Turnberry, South West Scotland close to Trump Turnberry Hotel and the Turnberry championship golf course. The area is noted for its breathtaking scenery; its many tourist attractions and is a good base for an active holiday.

The Apartment
The apartment is a spacious, ground floor modern apartment set in landscaped grounds in a quiet private road. The apartment consists of lounge/diner, two large bedrooms, two bathrooms and a kitchen.
The lounge/diner is light and airy and is furnished in a modern style. It has 2 large leather couches and a stylish glass topped dining table. There is a small patio/balcony from with views to the landscaped grounds. There is a large smart TV, DVD and complementary super fast broadband.
The two bedrooms are both large doubles and each has full length wardrobes, which offer good storage facilities. The master bedroom has a king size zip and link bed which can be adapted as two singles. The master bedroom also has the benefit of a fully tiled bathroom, which has a separate bath and separate shower cubicle. The second bedroom is set up as a twin bedroom. This bedroom has access to the second bathroom, which also is fully tiled with bath and separate shower cubicle.
The kitchen which has open views like the lounge is fully equipped to a good standard. The utilities are integrated and consist of a washing machine, a dishwasher, a cooking hob, an oven and a microwave.
There is also a hall with storage facilities.

There are many tourist attractions in this wonderful part of Scotland - Culzean Castle and Gardens, Burns Birthplace and Museum, Dunure Castle and Harbour, the Galloway National Park with its Dark Sky Facility, Rozelle Park and Museum, Dumfries House, Day trips to Isle of Arran, Sails round Ailsa Craig and many more.
This part of Scotland has miles of excellent beaches with a number of coastal walks. There are facilities for sailing, walking, horse riding and fishing. There are local companies that offer archery, canoeing and other more adventurous activities. If you wish to relax there are the wonderful leisure facilities at Turnberry hotel.
With the apartment located in Turnberry it is well positioned for golfers to enjoy the many wonderful courses on the Ayrshire coast. There are courses in the area that have international status - Turnberry, Troon, Prestwick and many more - but this area has a number of excellent local authority courses which are well priced.
Within walking distance of the apartment is the Trump Turnberry where one can enjoy quality lunches, afternoon teas and excellent dinners. Two miles away in Kirkoswald is Souters Inn which is a is quality bar and restaurant. There are good restaurants in Maidens two miles away, a wider choice in Girvan five miles away and a much wider choice in Ayr which is about 15 miles away.
