A beautiful apartment directly opposite the beach, close to town centre
Seascape Apartment has an enviable position directly opposite Worthing’s stunning beach.

Awarded an 'excellent' from the Marine conservation Society in 2014.

Set within Worthing’s most prestigious Grade ll listed regency seafront building. Heene Terrace was built in 1870 and is one of Worthing’s iconic historical buildings. There are bars and restaurants within 100 metres or its a short stroll into the town centre and more to see and do including our beautiful 1930's pier and original domed cinema.

The large one bedroom apartment is superbly furnished with a seaside theme and equipped for your every need. Situated down a short flight of steps to the lower ground floor it is very bright and spacious with a beautiful garden view.

Seascape provides versatile accommodation for up to 5 people (2 - 5 adults or children), with a quality double bed and a double sofa bed in the living room. An additional single sized bed and or cot can be provided upon request.

The lounge is light and bright with 2 sofas and a dining table for up to 4 people. The separate kitchen is adjacent and fully equipped with Microwave, fridge / freezer, electric hob and oven. The bathroom is clean, stylish and functional, fitted with a bath and shower. There is a laundry cupboard providing a washing machine, drying rack, iron and ironing board.

A full linen and bedding service is provided, offering fully made up beds, towels, bathmats and tea towels.

Seascape apartment has gas central heating. Free-view TV/DVD and free Wi-Fi and Bluetooth speakers. Parking is on road and plentiful in front of the apartment. Parking permits are provided for one vehicle daily.

The apartment is happy to receive one well behaved quiet dog but regrettably do not except party bookings for hens and stags as the building is quiet and residential.

Please note that charges are for 2 adults sharing the double bedroom, children under 16 are free ( small charge for bed/linens only). A charge for extra adult guests after 2 are charged at £10 per additional guest per night and £15 per dog per booking.

An additional charge of £15 per stay will apply for the extra sofa bed and/or single bed to be made up and linens supplied.

Please note the bedroom double is a standard UK 4ft x 6ft and the sofa bed is smaller than a UK double bed.

During long discounted stays of 3 weeks or more linens will be supplied as per usual bookings however changes of linens and cleaning can be arranged at additional cost during your stay and parking permits are not included but can be purchased. Alternatively there is free parking in the next road.

This property is in a great location with easy access to public transport, a bus stop right outside.
It is extremely well equipped and quite comfortable. Was perfect for me with my adult son using the sofa bed.
The galley kitchen only really room for one person at a time, but everything you could possibly need was in there.
I think it would feel crowded with more than 3 adults, but probably ok with younger children as it claims to sleep up to 5.
Would definitely stay there again if needing to visit Worthing to see family.

My husband and I spent a lovely week at this property. Everything you would hope to find was there including tea, coffee, milk, biscuits and cake! Also detergent and fabric softener for the wash machine. The location was just a short walk from the pier, shops, restaurants etc so we found plenty to see and do. In addition the bus stop was right outside the building and we took a trip to Brighton - no worrying about finding car parking in an unfamiliar town. The flat is on ground/basement level and was wonderfully cool in the very hot and sunny weather we experienced during our stay.

Lovely little apartment nice touches for guests arrival... can’t fault anything.Even the weather behaved it’s self and I was able to go for lots of walks along the beach front and do some outside dinning.

Cosy Seaside Apartment Just Yards from the Sea

The apartment is in a row of beautiful Victorian houses just yards from the beach. We were greeted by a really generous welcome pack of goodies. The apartment is very comfortable and cosy with lovely Seaside decor and is in easy walking distance to the centre of town, pier and a vast array of eateries. The Art Deco restaurant on the pier is beautiful and the cakes delicious. We enjoyed a lovely walk in the Sussex Downs guided by a National Trust Ranger, visited the Church of English Martyrs in Goring which is amazing, complete with a reproduction of the Sistine Chapel on its ceiling. You can walk for several miles along the prom in both directions. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Lovely flat, well equipped and great location

We had a lovely stay with the children. The flat is well located by the sea front and well equipped as well with everything you need. The children loved the toys left there too. Nice attention to details and the welcome goodies were welcomed after a journey in the car. Would stay again.
