This beautiful 18th century oak-beamed barn, full of original character and contemporary design has been renovated to provide comfortable holiday accommodation. Situated in a private setting in secluded grounds of a non-working farm in the Cotswold Water Parl on the outskirts of Ashton Keynes village. The Cotswold villages of Bibury, Bourton on the Water and Stow on the Wold are just a short drive. Nearby is the beautiful historic market town of Cirencester (with it's many cafes and interesting little shops, beautiful parish church, museum and sports centre), Swindon Designer Outlet and Great Western Railway Museum, along with the cities of Bath, Oxford and Cheltenham are within easy reach. Ashton Keynes village Shop and Pub/Restaurant are both within half a mile.
Derry Barn comes highly recommended by previous guests and achieved a five star rating on a previous website.
The modern interior has full electric central heating. The open-plan living area, with oak floor, comprises of a comfortable seating area with slimline TV and DVD player and a modern glass flame effect wall fire for extra cosiness. There is a dining area and a well-equipped tiled kitchen area with full size fridge/freezer. The carpeted double bedroom has a wall-mounted TV and drawer and hanging storage space. The modern bathroom has a shower over a p-shaped bath.
The south-facing garden is completely private and has a table and chairs and a BBQ.

There is secure on-site parking as the property is accessed by electrically operated gates. There is level access from the parking area and throughout the barn.

Our prices range from £230 to £320 for 3 nights and from £340 to £480 for 7 nights..
